I got rhis for 80 dlls refurbished certified. The package theg came was whatever but it has everythinf inside. The earbuds are literally brand new. So far they work great. I will uodate if anything goes wrong. So far love them.

I was a bit skeptical at first. I have a pair of QY8 buds that I purchased years ago on Amazon that still sound amazing. I didn’t want yet another set just to have them but my son talked me into purchasing these. Though the bass is not as nice as my QY8’s, everything else about these are way better. I’m really loving these.

I liked the ear buds, i wish there was a funtion that can make them work when my face mask work outside presses them and cuts them off at work instead it think i turned them off, otherwise they are great!

The noise cancelling works better on these than the original Beat Studio Buds.
I given an overall rating of 3 starts, because they came missing one of the sets of tips and Best Buy was unable to make that right. So beware when you buy a refurbished item from BB.

I received the item missing the middle-sized silicon ear tips and the other ear tips had stuff on them. they were not cleaned and taken care of. Missing paperwork. how did this get through QC? I wanted best buy to simply give me a new set of tip as the item seemed to be working fine, charged fine, buttons worked and product sounded fine. However, Missing items and dirty product is not what any customer expects for a refurbished product. Like new items arent missing items. When I went to the store to ask for a new set of tips and id be happy they said they cant. The manager didnt help, she just said you can do a refund. The guy helping me just tried to make me buy a brand new pair by paying an additional 50$ish on top making it 140 ish. that was him trying to “see what he can do”. price matching the cheapest option doesnt matter to me. That defeats the point of buying refurbished. They said I can return it and order a new pair, but why would I do that with the factor that I may be unhappy with what I get and i wait another week for them to get shipped. The whole issue was easy to solve but best buy wouldnt do anything that involved bending their back a bit. Returning and trying to make me spend more of my money when im already disappointed is a strange way to go about customer service to solve a problem. overall i like these earbuds. Best Buy needs to step up. they can afford it. do better.

Performance, pairing, everything is great. It’s super easy to use. My only complaint is that it does not stay in my ears. I’ve used all the tip sizes, tried things I found online (which were somewhat useful). However, I would never use these while moving around because they fall out. Would love to find a solution for this because I do travel, work out, and walk a lot at work. My boyfriend does not have this problem and uses them all the time.

Awesome earbuds for being refurbished. I work out 5 days a week and these are perfect. No issues and everything came with it in the box. Works like brand new and super easy to use. Great sound and fits in the ear well :).
