We purchased this as open box, so fingers were crossed it would work as well as it said it would. The team installed it perfectly, and we absolutely love it. I am going to try the steam cleaning system this weekend. Also love the ability to lock the controls so when you are cleaning or near the range, you don’t constantly turn the burners on.

We love this GE stove. The design is exactly what we were looking for. We had it about 14 days and the stove top quit then in a couple of days stove top came back on. We thiught great working. Then a day or two later back off. I thought this didn’t start happening till I set up wifi. I decided to turn wifi completely off. Been working ever since. Best Buy has been great in working with us but with covid GE says they are having employees issues and your out of a stove top for a while. We love the wifi but it needs to be addressed by GE.

This is the second stove I received within two weeks, the first stove was delivered by a third party, and they broke the vent off the back of the stove. The second stove was also delivered by a third-party the delivery team tripped entering the house and the stove hit the ground again by a third-party and both times I requested the geek Squad. Which never happened so now I have a hot light indicator for the rear burner on all the time they could not replace this one until later in the month of November so now I have a GE technician coming to resolve the issue with the indicator light that seems crazy when you pay over $2000 for a stove and you have this many issues I can honestly say the stove is a really nice stove and I don’t think the issues were really GE’s fault. I think most of the fault comes from the delivery method.

Works very well but very difficult to keep clean. Every fingerprint on top shows. Cleaning it every time I use it. Controls are extremely sensitive. Burners turn on just wiping them.

I’ve had the range a little over a month & I’m very happy with it. I have used most features & all are great. I did need help hooking up to my wifi. Being a TotalTech member is great. They came out and set it up for me. I haven’t used the Air Fryer feature yet; but looking forward to trying that soon. It also looks wonderful in my kitchen.

I have only recently purchased the GE Profile 30″ Smart Electric Convection Range. I’m looking forward to using the many options available w/this range. Love the range top with two burners that can be synched to one for use w/a grill. Also having a regular oven, convection & air fry options makes this range limitless for cooking possibilities. We received this range last week. The delivery from Best Buy is very fast. The range works well funcyionally. However, it has a couple of issues. First, the LED screen is crooked. The screen leaks light from its upper left corner. Taking a closer look, we notice the sceeen is not parrallel to the frame on the front panel. It’s slightly crooked. This is very annoying, once you notice it. Secondly, there is not much room in the back of the range for the power cord. We have a four feet long power cord. After the range is pushed in, the bottom drawer is pushed out by the power cord. We had to unplug the power cord a few times and re-arrange the power cord until it does not hit the drawer. It will be nice if the drawer is a little bit shorter to accomodate the power cord.

Two weeks in and we are thrilled with the new range. Stovetop heats up quickly and the controls are extremely easy to use. I was concerned with some reviews claiming difficulty with operating but we haven’t found any issues so far. Definitely use the stovetop cleaner provided and by the scrubbing pads from the same manufacturer. Oven cooking is taking some time to get used to coming from our 25 year old non convection oven but we’re getting closer to balancing the time needed especially with the air fry option. Bottom drawer is slow close and offers decent storage area. Overall we are very pleased!

Love the GE brand and have owned household supplies from them for a very long time, I cook/ bake a lot so I was hesitant to get the front digital display because of cleaning/ sensor issues but I love the compact space of this electric range, how the oven perfectly bakes all throughout given the top heating rod, and slide over stovetop temp is useful. I have the app that controls the oven and appreciate that I can leave my casserole in the oven to bake and turn it on before I get home so my dinner’s prepared! I’ve had this for a month so I can’t rate the cleanliness but so far so good. 10/10 recommend this electric range, you won’t regret it.

This range was damaged in shipment, likely from manufacturer, as the packaging showed no damage on the outside. Enamel in the oven was chipped around the door, the seal had been cut in the process, the side was bent from what looked like a drop and some plastic trim on the left side was broken. Probably all from the same event. The drawer on the bottom of the oven doesn’t slide easily or self close the last inch or two like the one on the showroom floor.

I spent a lot to get this stove I had to convert the electric and that was $3,000. Well would I do it again NO I know the stove top is so easy to clean but it does not cook the same. I prided myself in making best tacos in town, not anymore. The stove will not fry the taco shell the same. I don’t understand how and why I just know the crunchy light taco shell i used to make are now heavy and not crunchy. The top of the stove has several marks on it and I can not get them cleaned off. Shortly after using it under the glass are some white dotts that show through as if used up The Fry feature is fantastic and does a great job on the food. How ever it makes a huge mess in the stove. I am looking for pans nows I only had a few that worked. I do like that when cooking it does not get as hot in the kitchen. I have purchased silpats to place between my stove and pans while cooking and it does work half the time. I read how some use them all the time to keep the stove pristine. The concept sounds good but fails half the time for me.

Excellent construction and quality, heads and shoulders above the Jenn Aire we replaced though we miss the downdraft vent system. So far the only criticism is the clock display: both the hours and tens of minutes (larger than one) are positioned way too close to the colon so it’s difficult to quickly determine the time at first glance or from a distance. The smooth top cook surface really shows the cooking spatteer. It needs to be well cleaned after each meal. The surface units heat up very fast despite the glass insulator!

We went with the GE Profile slide-in to match the Profile Advantium over the range Smart Oven we purchased. The range works great. The oven and burners heat quickly, and the WiFi feature will notify you about preheating, etc on your mobile device.

Only have the range a little over a week, so that’s the reason foe 4 stars. So far so good as we use it. Our first meal to cook was our Thanksgiving turkey and it cooked it great. The stove top is very nice and having no knobs is cool, but the touch controls are a bit sensitive, so we have to get used to it. Overall. Very happy with this range.

I love the stove, which I purchased from another company, because Best Buy put off delivery twice and the people that were supposed to help, scheduled delivery for ten days afterward. Enough was enough and I canceled the order and will not shop at Best Buy again and will cancel my Total Tech membership when it’s up for renewal.
