Just had the unit for one day so will f/u with additional info. The unit came in perfect condition. The installers were from Tennessee, on time and did a great job installing the unit, demonstrating the basics of using the oven, etc. Very pleasant gentlemen indeed. Great experience overall.

The Ovens are beautiful and have all the features that you want. However, after 2 weeks of use it threw an error code and now the top glide rack does not lock in place. Best Buy is replacing the item but till take 3 months to get the new set in. Maybe we got a lemon. Hoping the new unit works well.

It heats up very quickly, is very quiet (compared to our previous Bosch). I was initially nervous about using an electronic menu instead of dials–oohh, this is so easy!
I’ve read other reviews on the great air fryer capability, but haven’t had opportunity to use it yet–but definitely we will.

Sick and tired of a single oven mounted under my cooktop, I longed for the double ovens I had in previous homes. It meant building a new cabinet to house it, but that was doable. Then came the chip shortages, and the GE Profile Smart Double Convection Oven (with Air Fry, etc. I longer for, wasn’t available anywhere near our area. This began the wait! We’ll, months later, the oven is finally installed in our new cabinet, and it looks and functions like a dream!!! It’s easy to operate, and it’s sleek and beautiful to boot The oven was definitely worth the wait!

Oh we have only had this oven for two weeks. But so far I just love it. It’s very intuitive easy to use, both ovens or convection, it has an air fryer, has everything you could possibly need. The display is very easy to use and you can run it remotely with the GE app.
I have checked it to make sure it is baking at the right temperature and it is. So far, great

The oven operates perfectly. Very even baking/cooking, and the Air Fry option means we no longer use a toaster oven! A couple nitpicky complaints:
– The trim piece on the bottom cannot be screwed in to get totally flush with the cabinet. The top edge of it is flat, but there’s a small gap between the bottom edge of it and the cabinet that cannot be closed due to where the screws are.
– The Wifi connection to a device (e.g. your phone) takes FOREVER to set up, and it disconnects every time the power goes out for even a second.
Otherwise, we are very happy! Be aware that the parts that look black in the image are really more of a charcoal gray, so it won’t match aesthetically with appliances you have that are partially black.

We replaced our twenty year old GE Profile double oven with this new one when it finally died and we could not be more satisfied with it. Same excellent performance and the Air bake function is fantastic. Only time will tell if it’s as durable but its features exceed the oven it replaced.

Preheats quickly, tons of features, good light inside, easy to navigate on the touchscreen. Only cons: the cook timer shows “00:02” and then the seconds are small next to it. I thought they could send a software update to make it show 02:37” for minutes and seconds – how often does someone cook for more than an hour? Also the oven light turns on the light for both ovens. Again- simple software fix could fix it.

This GE Profile double oven is superb! It bakes and heats evenly – the pre-heat feature works fast, and I love the digital display – very easy to use too! The convection works great too!

Purchased this unit to replace another GE double wall oven that only lasted 9 years. This model was the closest model to the previous as far as features and install dimensions so we chose this one. We really like the air fry function, the full color screen, and some of the available features. However, some simple features have also been removed from our previous model. Something as simple as the oven light…. The upper and lower lights are all controlled by a single button, not separately selectable. A minor complaint, but something that seems should have been included.

First GE Profile appliance and its not off to a great start. Looks fantastic but man does it sound like its going to break down. During the air fryer setting and cool down mode of the regular cooking. It makes this terrible fan sound, my last Samsung did not make anywhere near this amount of noise. Will have to see what best buy can do to replace or get a new double oven

Love my new oven! I use the convection feature often and like how it crisps roasted vegetables. My holiday turkey was perfect (convection bake). This oven is much larger than my previous oven. It was perfect for the holidays, with both ovens filled up. I also like the wireless features, but you don’t need to use wireless to use the oven.
