    Moving to a new house, we decided to replace the ‘included’ appliance with new ones and with research we selected this unit for the refrigerator. Certainly the dual cooling system, spacious interior, pull-down shelf, and auto-fill water sensor were all great features. We were replacing a similar LG refrigerator at the old house that died within 5 years (to the tune of $750 labor) so we were very picky about our selection, and the GE seemed to have the right balance of features and proven reliability.

    Great looking runs great and keeps everything cool on the top and frozen on the bottom. A lot of room inside and and on the bottom. Ice maker is great and water is clean taste great. it does need to make more ice doesn’t make a lot and we use a lot of ice.

    Only had two weeks, had to wait two weeks for refrigerator to be available. No complaints. Like refrigerator so far. Adjusting to bottom freezer after having side by side for 13 years. Ice maker not as loud as former refrigerator.

    Great french door refrigerator for the family. We have a family of 5 and this fridge serves us well. The led lighting is a plus and who knew the auto fill water feature was a needed item. Very happy with our purchase and the black stainless steel looks great.

    This fridge is such a great size and look. The auto feature for the water has been amazing and works fairly well too! The lighting inside is amazing. With the black stainless it’s an amazing look with a lot less smudges.

    It’s ok. The Black stainless steel shows no fingerprints at all that part is awesome. Delivery from Best Buy was not so great the delivery man wouldn’t put the shelves in or do anything to the refrigerator. Which is kind of crappy because you have to pay for it.

    GE Profile appliances (in black stainless) are on major back order…took me 7 months to receive my refrigerator. Overall I like the fridge, but it’s definitely not fingerprint resistant. Storage capacity is nice, and it looks great! We had a minor leak issue with the door that the ice maker is in for the first few weeks…would leak a small amount of water onto the floor when opening, but that seems to be resolved now. Only time will tell!

    This refrigerator had to be replaced twice. Nothing to do with the store it was the manufacture. also it was dirty on the inside. The doors were not opening correctly. I have the same refrigerator and is GREAT!!!

    I love the fridge. I’ve had it for almost 2 years now. After about a year (just out of warranty of course) the little pins that hold the latch on the icemaker door started to break, but you could still close it if you were careful. Now they have broken completely off and I can’t close the icemaker. It’s currently being held shut with duct tape. That should not be necessary on a less than 2 year old $2500 appliance. I have to spend $120 on a new door if I want to be able to continue using it without being taped shut.

    We looked at the stainless one in store and we liked it. Salesman asked if we wanted the stainless or black stainless, and we said the black stainless. He didn’t tell us it was a totally different fridge. We noticed as they were installing it. But so far it works good

    except the water flter was broken and leaked water all over the iside of the fridge

    Broke within the first two weeks and they will not replace it because its past their 15 day return policy. Done with best buy
