    Item arrived broken and unusable. One side of the grate was broken and the whole center “t” was broken. I am so disappointed.

    The product is great and the cheapest price. I only give 4 stars is because it took a month for the product to get there. The first one was broken so I had to wait another month for the product to get here.

    Came earlier than predicted, Good packaging. The grate itself is fine but not exactly flush with existing grates but is adequate.

    This grate for the stove is a “MUST HAVE”!! It allows you to use the stove to its fullest extent when using a larger pot. The griddle that comes with the stove is fine, but it’s a textured aluminum and metal utensils may scratch it. It should be offered as a standard item, as we use a cast iron griddle instead of it.

    Fits GE JGSS66SELSS gas range perfectly for replacement of the center flat top. Made the same and actually should of came with the range to begin with. Haven’t used it yet but not expecting any issues.

    I bought this a month ago, and Best Buy has it set as an installation delivery. No customer support is able to set the item as a drop off to my door.

    I’ve taken three different days off from work to be available after an associate in my city set an appointment. Dutifully locked each cat and dog away as per the guidelines. Each time the associate has called late into the day, to say the item isn’t in their warehouse. And they have no other information to help me.

    So far, Best Buy has delivered very poor customer service and communication at the local and national level, despite paying extra for the highest tier of best buy membership.

    The item arrived in pieces. Poor packaging! I couldn’t return it, because the return period had ended. I couldn’t install the stove until the floor was fixed. I installed the stove a day after the return period had ended.
