    Range was delivered with a small dent in the rear and a dent in the handle. Best Buy offered to replace the entire unit, or send us a replacement handle. We chose the latter, hoping that the cosmetic damage is just that. Too soon to tell. We will return if we find the unit malfunctioning over the next month before our return window ends. GE needs to get better with its manufacturing QC. People don’t want to pay premium prices for scratch and dent.

    I love our new stove. It has been in my home about two weeks now. It heats up really fast. I do have a question, what is the best way to clean the top of the stove? I have never had a stove without the burners on top.

    Love the stove. It’s very easy to use. Wish the dials were black instead of silver because when I turn my light on over the stove there is a glare and it’s hard to read them.

    Just after the 1 year warranty glasstop cracked and lost use of burner. No one in the store could help and to replace it would cost more than a new range. Would not recommend or ever buy GE again.

    I cook with this all the time and it works great. The only thing I would want added is a keep warm setting on the oven but the lowest temperature does great.

    The stove looks nice and works great. I do not care for the constant delicate care required for the glass top. Cleaning supplies for the top should have been included with the purchase. It is a pain to have to be so continuously careful. It would have been nice to have received the complete manual with the purchase. Reading online is not easy for my eyes.

    The GE stove works great, but I see that the stove top gets scratched easily. Also, the normal food stains that occur while cooking are difficult to remove with regular cleaning.

    I purchased this stove and it was delivered Dec 29. After just using 1 time on Dec 31, 2 burners were scratched up from my cookware. My cookware was one of the “approved” kind for use with glass cooktops. I reached out to GE to let them know my concerns and was told by a rep that this is normal since its glass and nothing they can or will do. I had a stove before this one that was also glass topped that lasted me 20 years with minimal scratches. Be warned, this cooktop will scratch and make your whole stove look bad. Very dissatisfied

    This is a really nice stove. It takes time to figure out how to use each feature. Such as pushing on and off the oven light. It cooks really well. No complaints. All positive reviews. I have bought msny appliances in my life but, it seems that they have always last longer and work much better coming from Bestbuy.

    THe stove is super good the only down fall is that the burner area is super sensative and it stains really fast you have to be like a slave on it to be able to keep it nice
