    After the first time we used this range it started oozing a black goo out the top and had a nasty smell. Everytime we have used it it has oozed more of this. GE sent a 3rd party repair company out to look at it. They said it needs to be replaced. GE decide that the cooktop needs to be replaced and wont replace the whole unit. With this customer service I won’t be buying anything else GE

    I’ve had this range for about a month. It’s very similar to my previous range. So far, burners and oven work well. I like the air fry feature, as I have no room in my kitchen for a separate fryer. I deducted one star because the smooth top on this range is tougher to clean than my previous model. All-in-all, I like it very much. As for purchase and delivery, the stove came in a full month before promised date and the delivery crew was great.

    Cleaned cooktop before using. When applying stovetop cleaner, black and red speckles came off on the paper towel. Have only used it once to boil something, so don’t know about the preformance yet.

    The first one had calking problems on the top, second one was dented, third one had better calk, but still not so good. The fan rarely circulates in the convection oven. The air fryer is useless. It’s not even mentioned in the online manual. There’s no instructions on the four different oven selections (normal, convection bake, convection roast, and convection air fry). There are no hard copy directions, manuals or suggestions for the feature. The only thing I like is having optional burner size. I am really disappointed in this range and if I could trade it in, I would. I tried to like it.

    Had this for 8 months now. Plenty of features. Large capacity is a plus but I should’ve realized I was sacrificing lower drawer space. Biggest let down is the actual cooktop. It bubbled, discolored and marred within 2 months. When I told the Best Buy in-store rep he just smirked and handed me the number to the warranty dept. Apparently this model is known for this problem. Still working this part out. Overall though I’m happy with it.

    Stove cooks well, glass top takes some extra elbow grease to get cleaned, looking forward to using the air fry option… the alert volume could be higher, taking a little bit to get that new smell burned off… over all happy with purchase

    Love the air-fry feature! I use the air-fry all the time. The burners run a bit on the hot side and turn on and off with the heat not a consistent setting which is different, Overall not a bad product for the price.

    We are loving our new oven! The stove top has 5 cooking areas, the 2 front have dual size rings and the 5th is a warming area which is very helpful. We are loving the convection oven feature for soft centers and crispy outsides (for cookies and crab cakes). Also loving the Air Fry feature to heat-up chicken wings and french fries. Looking forward to trying new things in the future. Would recommend!

    This Convection Range replaces a very similar model that I had about 10 years. I am amazed how much it has improved. I find the burners respond much quicker to temperature change, so cooking is easier. Love the Control Panel improvements. Words can’t describe the Convection/Air Fryer options in the oven!

    I waited a month for this stove to get in stock. The stove got damage and burn the first week and looks old. GE send a new plate, and now it is just imposible to sleek with them. Stick to other brands.

    I purchased this range because it had an air fryer option. Unfortunately it did not perform the way I expected. Other than that I am impressed with the general operation of this range. It heats evenly and I do not have to worry about food boiling over on the range top. This was an every day issue with my previous ranges. I highly recommend this range!
