The Instaler team did not hook up the lower part of the stove correctly when we called for it to be installed correctly Best Buy refused to do it and referred us to the manufacturer

I purchased this because I did not want to modify my cabinets to support different sized cut outs. This unit was one of only two I found that would fit. It was a tight squeeze but is now installed and working properly. I do not like the dial/push button control for every function I want to set or turn on. I prefer manual controls.
I am concerned how durable the dial/push button single control is since it is involved for every command. AS long as it works the oven and microwave seem to working well.

After waiting 6 months I finally received my oven. 2 things that bother me is when my meal is cooked the racks swell and you can’t pull them out. The other thing is the beep to late you know when oven reaches temperature is barely audible. Otherwise so far so good.

Installer did an excellent job. capped a gas line, bult the shelf the oven sits on. Tested it and explained its functions. I heats well and cooks evenly. Very stylish quality finish.

I always like GE brand but not this particular product because every time after I used the oven always have white powder along both sides at the bottom of the oven. Call GE but never fixed the problem!

like is all the air coming from microwave and oven when its on…lots of air…okay when cold out, but summer is not here and I’ll see if its a problem as I cook a lot…

This oven is very nice and looks great in my kitchen. My only issue is with the fingerprints left when using the touchpad.

The oven works and I’ve gotten used to the controls, although for the microwave seems like you have to push a lot of buttons just to turn it on, lol. However, appearance, the oven arrived with a crooked lower oven door. Gap is noticeably bigger on one side than the other. Looks like a manufacturing issue with a hinge. Installer pointed it out; a support person came out the next day and said he’d research what to do, after over a week of no contact called support again and I have a replacement on order. Hopefully they’re not all crooked. Pretty disappointing, I was without an oven for a year due to supply chain issues; GE was not my first choice, had to switch my order from Kitchenaid (I was very limited on what would fit in the space, finally took what I could get), paid $3k for this thing, so while I’m happy to have a real oven finally for that money the door can be straight. This is totally on GE and no reflection on Best Buy. My advice – this seems like a good oven but perhaps the quality control isn’t what it should be, maybe try for another brand if you can. If you can’t, best to take a look at it before it is put into your wall space. If all had been well I would give it more stars for the quality rating. I’m not sure yet if I would recommend it. If the replacement has the same flaw then definitely not. At least I can say I’m happy with Best Buy’s support on this.

Awesome uphrade from 15 year old ge combo (microwave quit). New microwave is all steel construction. Really like the new knob controller. Easy to remove old unit because microwave was detachable, new one installed in one piece and i heeded help from my neighbor to lift. Fit was perfect

So far, so good. Seems to MW sooner than the model it replaced. Oven cooked Thanksgiving turkey, just right, but ended up with spattered grease in my brand new oven. Well it’s broke in now.
