  1. emilio

Dishwasher fitted nicely to our remodeled breakroom.

  2. PSG19

Dishwasher may work fine however returned due to handle sticking out too much.

  3. raven

need to know more about operation manuals provided by manufacture do not cover basic operation

  4. dishcleaner

This dishwasher is nice and quiet. The controls are a little confusing but, not the worst to figure out.

  5. DenverPC

Great dishwasher, installer did a great job and had us up and working quickly.

  6. TomVA

We replaced our appliances and chose this dishwasher because it fit the size of our opening. Overall it isn’t as roomy as our last dishwasher and it’s much louder than the other too. But it seems to wash our dishes just fine. And that’s is the most important thing.

  7. KatieM

Very disappointed in spending more money for a much smaller dishwasher that doesn’t have the soap dissolve all the way to clean the dishes. Once Best Buy is available for returns, we have every intention of returning this.

  8. Done

Very small interior. Cheesy racks and cheesy utensils holder. No rinse sucks either. Not at all worth the money. I only go this because the misguided employees told menu needed an ADA model, which I do NOT so I am exchanging it. The whole appliance purchase from Best Buy is a nightmare. Only one person in the whole company that helped me the rest were useless, rude and not knowledgeable about their products. Also it was back ordered for 6 weeks and it is too small because they measured wrong. Awful experience. Never again.

  9. Bina

Dishwasher is very well made, works and looks great.

  10. SJPARN74

The dishwasher is very nice looking. The only thing I don’t like is that there are only 3 settings, all super long in duration including the light wash.

  11. Dishwasher

Like that it fits into the smaller space but the noise level of this dishwasher can be heard throughout the house.

  12. LoriR

For the money, this dishwasher isn’t worth it. It’s very cheaply made. The utensil basket doesn’t fit my silverware. The basket doesn’t nest very well in the tray. If you put it where you think you should the detergent door gets blocked and your dishes don’t get clean. This is a $400 dishwasher for double the price. Way to take advantage of ADA GE.

  13. Samsung

This machine is much quieter than my last. So far so good.

  14. LGdishwasheristerrific

I tried the Bosch 800 line because the less expensive ones were real pieces of junk. It had a really bad smell that didn’t;t go away, The dishes were absolutely soaking wet at the end of the cycle and the inside of the machine stayed wet. Next I tried the GE. It was an expensive ($799.00) piece of junk. Very loud.
The dishes were not clean and wet at the end of the cycle , even with tons of Jetdry. The top rack just completely fell apart. I couldn’t fix it and the whole machine was made of of paper thin material. very flimsy!
I was lucky to score the LG. It took 8 months but it was worth it. I bought it in March but they couldn’t hook it up until June!
    The LG is a dream.
    Front controls and quiet.

  15. Tall

This ADA compliant dishwasher fit nicely into my 50 year old kitchen. It replaced another brand of dishwasher that was too tall for the available space. So relieved to find a product that fit properly!

  16. happycustomer

Love this dishwasher! GE makes a great brand of kitchen appliances

  17. Alla

The dishwasher doesn’t have a dring option for short sickle.
Only 2 racks which the highest one to closest to top of dishwasher. Small trail for dishes.

  18. Patychapina

After 3 dishwasher and 11 months of coMpline I got a good item

  19. aspong8

I had serious reservations about ordering this dishwasher based on other reviews and it has lived up to the poor performance I dreaded. We were limited on height due to new flooring and other models I would have preferred were backordered. The biggest issue I have with it is that the bottom rack has shorter posts for what seems like 20 smaller plates. It does not allow you to put any bowls or glasses in this area because we found out most of the time, that anything but for a million tiny plates will block the soap dispenser from opening which means you ran the dishwasher for nothing. Now you might say don’t put bowls down there; well fine, but the top only holds about 8 if you don’t put any glasses in. When it does clean the few dishes you can fit in it, it does a good job. It’s a very poorly designed dishwasher and I would not recommend it.

  20. rosebud

excellent dishwasher fun to use very stylish and appealing

  21. BK401

Fits nicely in my small kitchen. I haven’t used it yet, but will update the review when I do.

  22. Will

The door won’t stay shut. GE customer service is terrible.

  23. BarbaraG

I’m not used to this new dishwasher quite yet. My last GE dishwasher lasted me 24 years and was still going strong when I decided to upgrade my kitchen. The controls are more hi-tech that I’m used to. but the stainless steel inside is wonderful! I like it so far,

  24. WarrenO

Great dishwasher. I would recommend this dishwasher.

  25. ClareW

So far so good! I had limited selection because of my low countertop, but this was a good choice. It has a short 48 minute cycle that does a better job than my old dishwasher’s 80-minute cycle. It dries faster if you open the door when it’s done. I’ve only had it a week, but it was a busy week for cooking.

  26. Lina

On time delivery has not setup yet due to the kitchen being remodeled will update once i start using it

  27. Dabstunts

This diswasher is so good. It is so quiet and looks great

  28. PegD

It cleans well without having to scrub the dishes beforehand. Glass items are mostly spot-free.
I’ve only used the ‘light’ cycle and dishes don’t dry unless I open the door after it’s finished.
The only thing disappointing is that cooking utensils are too tall to fit in the silverware basket so I have to lay them down on the top rack.

  29. SanfranGirl

The machine is quiet and does an amazing job cleaning – HOWEVER…

This machine stopped working after 15 days. One day the machine had code “888” flashing on its display panel and no longer worked. I googled this code – and found it could be something liked a failed pump and could not see anything obvious in the unit itself ( ex: food jammed in the filter or something).

When I called the Best Buy TOTAL TECH warrant center to get assistance/ request a service tech, the person had no guidance for any suggestions for the “888” code could be.
The Best Buy TOTAL TECH person then indicated they would send a repair tech within 3 WEEKS so they could look at/repair my 15 day old dishwasher. Was disappointed about the long lead time to say the least. 🙁

This week the Best Buy Tech did come out for the scheduled service call. It turned out food had been stuck under the removable filter basket (which I could not see). Once this was removed and he flushed out the draining hose, the dishwasher was working again.

Really hoping this machine will not turn into a maintenance headache. If you are going to buy this machine , I suggest you get the TOTAL TECH extended membership just in case.

  30. DarrellW

I was surprised by how quiet this dish washer is. A great choice and it fit in the space I had.

  31. DebraO

Smaller than I expected, but good quality. Sleek appearance.

  32. JoshuaC

its a little on the loud side. Missing some features of the nicer models. It takes along time to wash. The dishes do not come out completely dry. Seems like you have to spend 1000 or more to get a good dishwasher now days

  33. SherryR

The product was clean without any damages. The customer service was also great with helping and delivering.

  34. LauraP

Okay dishwasher cleans dishes but doesn’t dry them. You have to use jet dry if you want dry dishes. Wouldn’t have bought if I had known that it didn’t have a heated dry option.

  35. Frank

Brand I trust. GE works without ever having to worry. It’s built solid and great support. The best machine I have ever used. Also super quiet

  36. fretcrazy

It fit! Seriously, you don’t understand the struggle of finding a dishwasher under 32″…and if you do, buy this one. There were TWO models that fit our ADA counter at work, and only (ONLY) available at BestBuy. “The other guys” didn’t have anything. Thankful I found it here.

  37. IrfanK

Great product . dish washer makes no noise at all.

  38. AnnasS

The dishwasher is very good perfect size for small family

  39. DeeH

This machine is loud in comparison to the whirlpool I had. The noise interferes with watching TV in the next room. I also do not like the way the inside is set up because it makes loading the machine difficult. I wish I had bought something else. Would not purchase this machine if I had to do it all over again. It does not dry plastics but I do not see that as an issue. You can place plastic item on a dish towel to dry and the plastic is not getting heated up over and over again. The sanitation cycle gets the water hot and everything except there plastic drys.

  40. NoreenO

I love the way it cleans the dishes so perfectly. The best choice I made in a long time

  41. user378848

It cleans but takes 2 hr cycle to do it. It is very small inside and the top rack is already catching when you pull it out. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone but at least it cleans better than my 20 yr old one. And we had limited space to put it.

  42. Lia2730

Very happy with the new dishwasher. It’s very quiet.

  43. user972166

Saves me from having to wash dishes by hand and it’s so quiet

  44. Andrew

Very happy with this purchase. Quiet and effective at cleaning.

  45. CharlesW

It has no heated dry option mechanism and was not clearly described. It is not acceptable. We are trying to return and replace but the delivery people left us here all day and did not show or call. Their online ratings for the Houston based delivery company are awful. We concur
