    When operating it makes a lot of noise and occasionally will vibrate. Otherwise great microwave.

    I love the fact that you can turn the turntable off. Sometimes you have a large item that won’t turn. The fan works well as does the lighting. The microwave is much quieter than my old one and looks terrific over the stove. The best part is that I used Best Buy’s team to remove the old microwave and install the new one. They were very efficient and cleaned up after they finished.

    I am in my mid 70’s and this installation was barely within my capability. The oven is a bit heavy to lift into place, given the close fit between cabinets and the precise attachment to the wall that is required. I expect to have to hire a handyman to install the next one because this oven looks like it may last longer than my ability to do the work.

    We were expecting stainless interior, but found blue porcelain inside like Grannie’s old potty. (This model wasn’t available for viewing at the store.)

    I have had this microwave a few months now. I had a kitchen remodel done and did not want to review the item until I had a chance to really use the microwave. Great Microwave, cooks without any hotspots. Very easy to use.

    So I had to replace my microwave look everywhere and found it here at best buy for the best price from 800 dollars everywhere else to 300 dollars at my door love it thanks you best buy.

    Works great.
    Note – Power seems slightly less than our 10yr old cheaper microwave we replaced it with. Not an issue we can just heat longer, but we do notice a difference. We often do scrambled eggs in a little ceramic bowl (45 seconds, stir, 45 sec), and they’re not quite as done as before and need an extra 30s or so. So that’s the difference – not huge, but noticeable.

    GE wins again! I replaced a 17 year old GE microwave with another GE and it lives up to my expectations once again with its functionality and features. The product was on back order for 2 months and I had the option of selecting another, but no…I patiently waited and it’s worth it!!! Thank you GE and thank you Bestbuy for a GREAT installation!

    In spite of assurances that the door opening is zero clearance meaning one could open the microwave door 90 degrees out when mounted hugging the kitchen cabinet’s side this could not be done. The unit was taken back by installers. Very disappointed.

    Flawless. Seems more powerful than my old 1000 watt microwave. The one touch sensor technology cooked a perfectly popped bag of popcorn. Very happy with this product. The BB installer left quite a bit of damage on my cabinet. Used masking tape for now to patch the cabinet for now.

    It’s a great microwave – both look and price. My husband doesn’t like how sensitive it is to touch.. you need to press hard to set the timer, etc.
