    I have had this microwave for a couple of years. The only complaint I have is that the time/display isn’t bright enough. I end up having to turn on all the kitchen lights to see the display. Everything else works great.

    This was a replacement for a panasonic, which we had until it broke after many years of use. The buttons are difficult to see and it is not intuitive at all. After having this foe a long time, we still have trouble remembering which buttons to press to use the specific cook time function. A plus is, however, the automatic minute cook time, whereby you simply have to press a button to cook the whole number minutes up to 7, I believe. But any other cook time, I still have issues!!!!

    This was the very unit I was looking for. Have had GE Products for many years and have always been more than satisfied with them. This purchase was extra special. As it turned out this was the very unit I was looking for and it happened to be on sale for Black Friday. Kind of a 2 for. The product I was looking for at a reduced price. The controls are easy to use and the unit has the extra power and space to meet my needs.

    We have been using this for over a month and are very happy with it. It heats quickly (perhaps we were used to the old one that took much longer to heat), the buttons are everything we need, and it looks great in our kitchen. Perhaps the only negative would be that it shows fingerprints more than our white microwave, but a quick wipe with a dishcloth doesn’t make that a deal-breaker for me. We are happy with it and Best Buy shipped quickly.

    we love it and bought an additional one as a gift because it s one of the best microwaves on the market. the high wattage allows for a faster heat/cooking. still trying to get used the the buttons being in a different place than our last microwave of this same brand, but overall very satisfied with the performance.

    It is a good size for what we two humans need. We have two gripes. The first is the buttons are not backlit. I had to hang a light so we could see what we were pressing. The second is the cord is very, very, very short. I know they need to be but our last one had a much longer cord. We had to rearrange everything to get the cord to reach.

    Micro wave started malfunctioning 2 months after purchase we would have to unplug for a couple hrs it would work fine for a while then do again the little metal plate inside disintegrated causing it to blow out would not recommend

    It is ok… It wasn’t the one I picked out, same brand different product… the sales girl was very convincing and assured me it was the same everything… not even close.
    I do like the bigger size for my stoneware. It did not have the air fryer, convection, microwave combo I thought I was buying and it was more money as well. It is ok!

    We bought this microwave agter our previous one died and weve been very pleased. The capacity is perfect for every dish we’ve needed it for, and yet its compact enough to still sit on our counter with plenty of usuable counter space around it. We love the color and are so glad it isnt an eyesore. It blends in our kitchen well and when it isn’t being used, its easily forgotten.

    I am very pleased with the GE 1.6 Cu Ft. Microwave with Sensor Cooking in Stainless Steel. My old one was beyond being worn out and needed to be quickly replaced. My old microwave was a Kenmore with the same cubic feet. I haven’t had it long, but am pleased with it. It works! Also, it performs like a normal microwave and has all the basic features. It is attractive, and the stainless steel provides a nice updated look in my kitchen.

    I used this microwave about 30 to 40 times and then it broke. It just shut down and that was it. For a GE product that is very disappointing.

    Doesn’t take up too much space, a full dinner plate fits inside just fine, and it looks good on my counter. You may need to microwave whatever you’re reheating or making a few seconds longer than you would a more powerful microwave but how hard is that?? I’d buy this again in a heartbeat.

    Great microwave when there’s no room for an over-the-range model. We have family with 6 adults in our house, and it’s now been used heavily for nearly 2 years. The door button got ‘sticky’ for a few days a while back, but seems to have fixed itself.
