    This is a replacement for a previous GE microwave. The new microwave works as well or a little better than the old one. Only problem is learning all the new buttons and how to use them. Am very satisfied with the new one !!

    I don’t need a double oven except for a few times a year, but I need a Microwave everyday. This is a great solution – a microwave that can be that second oven on the few occasions that I need one. Love it!

    Just got my new microwave oven two weeks ago. Love the look, easy to use. It’s a little smaller than my old over the range microwave but big enough. The convection feature will really be helpful and I’m looking forward to using it for cooking big family meals. Had one issue with the button that opens the door getting stuck inside the housing and we couldn’t close the door. We were able to resolve the issue on our own.

    We got this to replace our prior GE convection oven / microwave. While GE has slimmed the design, the function is continues to be as good as our prior version. So far, this has worked well and no issues.

    I purchased this higher end (I thought) microwave because of the grilling and roasting features. I thought that would be a great feature to have along with the typical microwave.
    Well, the grilling and roasting features are horrible! Don’t waste your money on this one.
    I will keep it until it dies for microwave only, sadly it doesn’t do what it claims it can do….
    Not a happy grandma this time 🙁

    If you are lucky, this unit is going to to last 2 years from the day that you purchase it. The manufacture knows that in order to keep selling, this item shouldn’t last more than that.
    Nobody told me, I experienced myself, I gave a very gently use to my unit, no children, only two adults, and it lasted two years.

    This was well served BUT I am having a horrible time getting my Samsung refrigerator ice maker fixed. I have been on hold 3 separate times for 1 hour with nothing but music. I really need someone to pay attention to this concern.

    my space for a built-in unit is limited, this oven fit nicely. I would have preferred more auto options, ie one button defrost, reheat etc. But this is a great size for a convection microwave oven and suits my needs.

    Good replacement microwave that fit the space available. As it’s mounted under the counter, it’s not convenient to find appropriate buttons so a top load microwave might have been a better option.

    This was a perfect microwave the first 1 1/2 years, but it quickly declined. The number on the far right of the display has 1/2 a number showing. Just the bottom half went out. To replace that part is $200+. Then randomly it started spinning the turntable when IT’S NOT ON! We won’t even have it cooking anything and it will start making a noise which we figured out is the turntable rotating. We shut the power off for fear of not knowing the cause and not wanting to burn the house down.

    Inside is smaller than previous one tho’ we were told it was the same, causes some problems. Takes longer to cook things, might be lower power tho’ we were told it was the same. Unhappy that we had to order trim kit, feel you should have done that. Don’t like kit as it is solid with no vents and is unattractive.

    I have been using this appliance for almost 2 months now and just love it. It is easy to use and has so much versatility and convenience. The microwave portion is great but I do enjoy having the option of another oven when I need it. My only suggestion would be that the touch pad to operate the appliance should light up so you can see what your are pressing. The clock is the only part that is illuminated. Highly recommend this appliance. Very satisfied.

    very small and do not like the fact that GE changes sizes and models often so you will need to buy new trim kit if you want a new microwave. Why can’t sizes be standard.

    We had one previously and the convection oven stopped working after 20 years. My wife really loves the oven, it works like the stove oven.

    This microwave was installed as a built-in microwave as part of a kitchen renovation project. It looks great, and works well. The trim kit that we purchased separately to accompany this product also looks great, and was even relatively easy for a weekend warrior like myself to install.

    Failed three months after the three-year protection plan ended. Best Buy charges $85 to ship it to a service center for repair, plus parts and labor. Oh, and it’s estimated three to four weeks to get it back.

    This microwave has so many uses then the older GE model. I only had the microwave for a month now. I am still finding how to use the other use the other features. The microwave has the baking, crisp and other features. Not just your regular microwave It is sleek looking. Fit perfect into the wall unit space.
