    I ended up returning this microwave for the GE 950watt microwave. The plate in this microwave was too small for me.

    What I didn’t like about the GE 0.9 MICROWAVE was that opening and closing of the door was too noisy. It sweats on the inside while microwaving. It doesn’t have a door handle just a push button that pops open the door.

    I mean, really, what more could you want? Runs great, easy to clean. My only complaint is that it’s in an apartment where I can’t make permanent changes, so instead, it takes up counter space.

    Great replacement for a 6-year old Kenmore that died unexpectedly. I like this GE much better, the controls are easy to read and I don’t have to get out the manual to do simple functions.

    Easy to buy onlinee and curbside pickup was great.

    Perfect size. This is my third tiny White GE Microwave. Live in an apartment with little counter space. My first lasted about 20 years. The second 10. I hope this one lasts more than 5!

    Great microwave, have had the same one before, it was an under counter mounted one, that is the only thing that I wish this one was. I miss having it and preferred the undercounter mounted one, saves space underneath and easier to open and close door with food in front.

    I have used an excellent GE antecedent of this product for 21 years. This is a cheap replica: It is ugly in design, noisier, the display panel is poorly conceived, and the turntable is too small (smaller than the older model). I have returned it and brought out my old one again until it completely dies. The return service was courteous and efficient.

    This was given as a gift. Opened the box, plugged in and was ready to heat appetizers. Fit perfectly and was immediately put to use.

    I’m very happy with this microwave. I wanted smaller than my old one but didn’t want to lose much cooking power. This is exactly what I wanted!.

    This unit requires two buttons to cook popcorn, If this is not done you have under cooked popcorn.

    This is a simple 900 watt microwave. I like a few particular features it has. If I forget to put something in the microwave before starting, it displays “FOOD” to remind me there’s nothing inside. It has a button to turn off the beeping sounds if I don’t want to hear them. The light stays on even when the door is open, which helps with cleaning. Generally it works just fine.

    I have had this microwave for a few months now. I must say it does what it is supposed to do. It has good power in a compact size.

    It is a good fit. Therefore, I think I will keep it.

    We have been looking for a small microwave to fit our cottage kitchen for a long time. This perfect.

    Very nice white microwave. Has lots of space for bigger plates and bowls.

    It does its job but has some annoying ‘features’.
    The heating aspect of it works great. A cup of water for coffee will be between just hot and scalding in 60 to 90 seconds. On average, it heats food 25% faster compared to our previous 1.4 cu unit.
    Now, for the features –
    I didn’t think I had to read the instructions since most microwaves work the same, 30 sec increments, press 1 for 1 min, etc. When I opened it up I tried to head something up and it kept refusing with an error message of ‘Food’. When I finally went back to the manual, I learned that it has a ‘sensor’ that detects if food is actually inside of the microwave to prevent it from being on and empty. Unfortunately, this sensor can’t always tell the difference between empty and the wanting to add an additional amount of time. I’ll have to open the door and close it again to do so to trick it into thinking I’ve added food to it.
    Another issue is that it’s mute button is right next to the start button and easily triggered. So my unit sometimes beeps, sometimes doesn’t.

    Excellent for small kitchen and small countertop areas. Preset buttons are great and easy to use. You can choose to turn the clock off or keep it on, which is a different feature. I would recommend this microwave.

    Big enough. Powerful enough. Simple to use. Can mute the irritating beeping.

    Can’t easily adjust the time when cooking. My main dislike is the clunky metallic open and close button. Ok it’s cheap, but surely someone could design something cheap and nice sounding.

    I am very pleased with this microwave. It has a number of new features which were not available in my last G E microwave. One problem is that the cooking instructions on the inside frame are difficult to read when the microwave is on the countertop. I imagine it was designed for the built in model. Something for the designers to consider in the future. So far so good on quality and performance.

    Great sale price on a dependable model that’s been around for a long time. I have the next smaller version that still works well. It’s around 20 years old and doesn’t make a lot of noise like many microwaves do when they get old.
