    We had a small space in our cabinet that needed a smart countertop microwave. It fit perfectly and looks very cool.

    We are quite pleased with our new GE microwave. Being compact it fits on the counter and under cabinets. Best is that it is easy to operate, We have tried another brand twice and found it to fail in less than a year in both instances. We expect the GE product to be around our house for a long time.

    Purchased 7/10/22, now on 3/18/23 won’t heat up food or liquids. A week or so ago, it started making slightly different sounds when it was operating, and now apparently has conked out completely. From my research, it sounds like almost all microwaves (no matter the brand) are made in one of two factories in China. I am on my fourth microwave (various brands) in about three years, so I guess they all suck now.

    It works good. I don’t have a need for wifi though. I don’t generally cook in microwave. Start button should be on the right instead of Wifi because that is the most used button.

    The food doesn’t heat up evenly and takes longer than sone microwave at 1:00 minute . It’s a bit noisy when it is reheating/cooking. Didn’t even use the the wifi setting. I wished the button was easier to see or light up when the door is open.

    The only thing I dont like is the level of sound it makes when used and the the door is not that pleasant when closing it

    This microwave is so convenient. I had to call GE to set it up, because the instructions were not making any sense or working for me Just give a command to Alexa to turn the microwave on for 30 seconds and it is done. So many other features. Love it so much I’m buying one for my son and daughter-in-law.

    We got this microwave for our office as a replacement to a gigantic one we had that broker down. Its perfect for space saving on the counter, perfect size, high quality and works amazingly. The best part is the wifi capability. Its fun to use for sure! I highly recommend.

    I was thoroughly impressed with how fast my purchased arrived to me. It was packed with great care. This GE microwave is the best microwave I ever owned. It is reliable, cooks evenly and last longer than most other name brand microwaves. Best Buy has the best prices for electronics and I always use them for all my phone, microwave,tv, computer purchases. Never any problems,always great service. Very professional!

    We had it less than a month and the button to open it started having issues. GE is “replacing” it but its a long process which I’m not completely a fan of. Also, the scan to cook feature does not really exist. There are not many items in the database

    I bought this microwave because it is smart and works with amazon alexa. I know someone reading this has gotta be concerned about their kid running your microwave all night from the alexa in their bedroom. Well… you’ll be happy to hear that alexa will ignore the request to start the microwave if the microwave door has not been opened recently. I thought this was a great feature. And yes it does work with alexa, everytime, have not had to reconnect it.

    I had a GE for many years so wanted another I was familiar with. However, I discovered the panel is not lit and the letters are very small. i had to enlarge the control panel on the computer to learn where everything is.

    Connecting it was easy.
    The scan to cook works great. Kids love it. Makes things easier on us lazy moms lol have a kid throw a hot pocket and push the amount of time right from your bed lol cleaning it is super easy!!!

    Love this microwave. Replaced a 20yr ild countertop unit that finally failed. We don’t use the wifi aspect but that can be turned off/disabled. Plenty of power and easy to keep clean inside.

    The door doesn’t lign up perfectly with the control panel, about 1/8in sag. The Door Open button is hard, I have to use my thumb and grap on to the side (right -handed). Have to press on control buttons (put some light pressure) instead of just light touch. Cooking power is adequate for the size. Lastly, Wifi – why?
