Love love love this GPS. Just knowing that if an accident happens it contacts my emergency contact automatically makes me feel that my money was well spent.

This seems to be the best option for two-wheeled travel. I like most aspects, with only one significant gripe. I wish it was easier to change the screen brightness. It’s in the menu system, so difficult to change while riding. Otherwise, it’s a brilliant product.

This thing is pretty legit. Just when you thought you bought a GPS with alot of features, this is it. This thing will take you on roads you never knew were there.
There is alot to say on this GPS. I just got back from a 3500mile ride and we’re constantly engaging it to see how it perform. It’s pretty neat. There are a good amount of videos on this online but very few are satisfying enough for me. I will probably make a video on this GPS just going over the functions without explaining. Just strictly showing by pressing buttons. My channel is Jonasegway on YouTube. I’ll probably have a video uploaded by July 15th.
In the meantime in between time, if you’re wanting to pull the trigger on this GPS, I would say do it!

Just returned from a 2500 motorcycle trip and the Zumo XT performed flawlessly. I used the Trip Planner app that is built-in to route my main route and main stops and it was very convenient to setup and modify as I needed to. Otherwise for day trips, it was very easy to custom navigate to various destinations. I love how the keyboard offers common words and places after you start typing a few letters. Just like on a smart phone. It always paired quickly with my iPhone and Bluetooth headset and never dropped the connection even once during the entire trip! The unit disconnects from the handlebar mount with a quick button press so it is easy to take it inside with you whenever you leave the bike. The screen is bright and legible even for my older eyes and even in bright sunlight. Great job Garmin!
Hammy –
The perfect gps for motorcycles. My only wish is if there was a way to be able to modify the screen layout, it’s limited from that point. The screen is great though

Since mounting this on my bike, I don’t even like going on short rides (less than 40 miles). It’s been a great addition to my riding experience. For $400, totally worth it.

So far great gps. Have not installed on bike yet. I have set everything up. Simple. Best has the best customer service!!

I haven’t used it yet I set some of the way points in it.
When the weather breaks then I will start using it.

This gps is such an improvement on using my phone. It also bluetooths to my phone and Cardo packtalk black to play my music and give real-time traffic and weather updates.

I purchased this to use on my motorcycle. It appears it’s going to work as expected. I’ve had good luck with other Garmin units I’ve used for years.

This Garmin GPS is amazing. Very well designed and easy to use. It comes with everything needed to use on your motorcycle. The best features I have ever seen for motorcycle riding.
PriceDrop –
Love it. I’ve had many Garmin GPS’s over the years. This is the best by far. I use it mostly for motorcycle but some for car. Easiest startup of any. Easy to do direct battery install on motorcycle

This unit is supposed to alert a selected phone number in case of a accident.
I was in a motorcycle accident 08 April and no such notification was sent to my wife. One of the reasons I bought was to help if there was an accident in a secluded area. Could have been a very different outcome.
NWMoto –
Works great and fits perfectly on the bike. Wired up easily

When BB had a sale I bought the Garmin. Still expensive but should be a good addition to the adventure tools on the Africa Twin. Too often I run out of cell service and the maps disappear, and sometime issues using GAIA app but at least this should still tell me where the heck I am. Has some cool features like sending routes from the phone to the device wirelessly and sharing routes with other Garmins.
FredZ43 –
This Zumo XT replaced a Zumo 660 that I used on my motorcycle. While the 660 was very good, the XT offers many more useful features. I was also very pleased with the very fast delivery, as I was leaving on a 2 week trip and needed this before I left.
AlfredG –
Not as user friendly as my navigation on my iPhone and has taken me to the wrong address at least once. Granted, I’m obviously not use to how it operates fully. What I do like about it however, is it’s easy to see screen in any lighting condition!

Best configured GPS for motorcycle. Price is pricey. I hope it was on sale when I bought but my son needs it very badly for his motorcycle and can’t wait for it to go on sale.
Allroads –
A great upgrade from an older garmin. Love the huge screen and it can be seen in bright sun. Would love to see the time on the display at all times and not a big fan on the attachment to the base. Gamin is not very Mac friendly on the software side but with some effort got it all working.
sammyboy –
Best GPS ever. All you will ever need in this model. Made for the Motor Cycle, and so wonderful, easy to use with the gloves on. Water proof and shock resistance. So easy to use, worth the price.

Great GPS for motorcycles. —————————————–

Upgrade from an old Nuvi for my motorcycle and my snowmobile. The nuvi was not waterproof and always gated the damp weather. So far this unit is awesome.
marschall –
i love it, just have to learn how to best utilize it.
DarleneB –
Love this Garmin, makes off-roading so much fun and easier!!!

I mounted this GPS on my motorcycle and it is easy to see in bright daylight, easy to use, and one of the simplest GPS units to search and add locations. I would definitely recommend the Garmin Zumo to any motorcyclist.
MichaelC –
Just what I needed for off-pavement adventures. Love the “Track back” feature. Easy install with multiple mounting options, everything you need in the box. Go Garmin!
