The product was delivered with a lazy susan tray that was too big for the oven and would run the door of the unit. This caused the oven to shut down and not work.
Otherwise, it was a beautiful unit. This does indicate a carelessness to product quality in my opinion. Beat Buy customer care were great and took the item back no questions asked.

The microwave completely stopped working (no power) only 9 months after purchasing it. I also purchased the extended warranty so no problem, right? WRONG! After at least a dozen service appointments where the repairmen didn’t show up, I still have a broken microwave 8 months later! I’m now waiting for a replacement microwave that has been pushed back another month. I will never buy appliances from Best Buy again!

I only had this microwave for 11 months and it’s having issues. It sounds like the fan has become loose and it’s makes quite a bit of noise. It still works, so I am unsure if the extended warranty will cover what is happening. Not happy at all with this product, I suggest you stay clear. Roy from Las Vegas.

This purchase was a replacement for a not so old Frigidaire microwave. At this point all is good. I’m hoping it last longer than the microwave it replaced.
