    I’m always happy with this brand. I got something different this time. With the middle part of the oven and the air fryer, I am really happy. Also, they hired a 3rd party to install the stove and they were amazing. They did a great job.

    It may or not be good. I ordered it the end of June. Since then I have been asked to reschedule it at least 3 times. Currently it is scheduled for early September. I hope.

    Fortunately my range replacement was not an emergency, but it has been frustrating and time consuming rescheduling with Best Buys answering system.

    Decided it was time to upgrade my stove. Found this gem and was excited that it also had an air fryer built in!! Have had this for about a month now and all I can say is that I’m extremely happy with my new stove!! Love that it has the all features I wanted for a great price!! And 3 oven racks!! Makes it that much more versatile!!

    So far we are very pleased with our new range. Loaded with features that allow for a wide variety of cooking options. Just used the convection feature with the probe and enjoyed the best roasted whole chicken we’ve had at home. We have yet to use airfry. Keep in mind you will need to invest in an appropriate tray/basket and drip pan to be successful. The cooktop is easy to clean and maintain, just don’t let spills sit on the burner caps or grates for too long. The steam clean function is somewhat dubious, nice idea but fairly ineffective. Still, a great combination of beauty and function.

    Frigidaire oven works okay so far. Tried to use the air fryer for the chicken wings but they did not come out too well. It’s better just to deep fry to get the nice brown color and crunchy texture. Oven construction is on the mediocre side. They used very thin gauge sheet of metal. It looks great though. Time will tell whether the reliability stands the test of time. What’s important though is if it bakes and cooks well. It does a good job so far. I’ll bake some bread and we’ll see! Recommended with reservations.

    I really like the center burner with the metal grill plate. It has to be moved when using 3 or more burners. It is a little too wide to get your pot or pan centered over the burner. Love the convection oven but have not tried out the air fryer yet. All the burners cook hotter than my old Maytag gas stove. And the also can be turned down lower than the Maytag. Overall we are happy with it!

    We bought this range to replace a Frigidaire range we purchased over 25 years ago. We love the extra burner on top. The top grates are designed to utilize the whole cook-top and are very easy to remove and clean. Everything about this range seems to be easy-clean. My wife especially likes the air-fry feature. My wife also likes the over-sized knobs for the burners. We are very pleased with this range.

    Good distribution of heat when using the convection oven setting. Broil is still uneven on the edges as the design still hasn’t changed at all for years and all the home models keep using it. Same single strip burner in the middle with side gas jets and reflectors causing a hotter center. How hard could a salamander type broiler be to design on a home gas oven for an equal broiler heat from edge to edge? Oven bulbs continue to fail within a day. I’ve bought every high heat oven bulb and they continue to burn out in this oven. I’ve resorted to flashlights.

    So I have had this stove for a little over 9 months. I have already had to have them come and replace the main panel after 4 months since it would get locked out (Only the cancel and 6 buttons would work) when I heated up the oven. Now the “Smudge Free Stainless Steel” is peeling. Apparently, the stainless has a plastic film on it that allows it to be smudge-free that is now peeling off. This film is what has the lettering and other writing on it, so I will soon have a panel on my stove that looks like junk. I called Frigidaire on this issue and they DO NOT COVER ANY FINISH. They said they only cover electrical and mechanical (Functional) problems as part of the warranty. They wanted to charge me $139 plus shipping for a new part. Based on this I would be spending about $200 a year on replacing these panels since they fail every 9 months. Also, any other finishes that fail (Stovetop, Oven, etc) are not covered.

    I have no idea how you warranty a stove, but don’t cover any of the finishes.

    Also, I do not scrub my stove nor did this get hit or damaged in any way. Even if it did, how do they expect this finish to last when it is plastic over metal…

    Let’s just say, I should have gone with a different stove instead of matching my other Frigidaire appliances. Lesson learned. This will be the last Frigidaire I buy.

    Product itself is great. Lots of features for the price. Overall, well made… except the digital control panel feels a little flimsy. Awful delivery experience and attempts. Best Buy provided awful service and promises never fulfilled. Will support a local appliance company next time.

    Love the range. Haven’t used the air yet. I bought this range because it has a small burner and a power burner in front. When I cook gravies and puddings I use the small burner in front on low heat. Im short and didn’t like the idea of reaching to the back burners for the small burner. Most new stoves have all the small ones in back. I love using the middle burner griddle to warm up tortilla shells. Very happy with the range.

    The day it was installed. I turned the oven on to 350 to burn off all the smell of it being brand new… And the knobs for the burners I noticed when I went to go turn the oven off were all scalding hot …so far Best Buy has not been able to resolve the issue or give me a straight answer

    I love the range, it’s a replacement for my old range which over time and due to heavy use needed replacing. I have not used all the features but it looks very nice. It was damaged when it arrived and when I called Best Buy they were very accommodating and ready to send a replacement.

    I love this! I need 2 inches of space from the wall just for space for connecting the electrical cables on the back. But it’s not a big deal and I’m happy with this range. I recommend it.

    See title minimum characters 50 thats interesting. Weird smell during the first few uses – make sure you have REALLY GOOD VENTILATION going during the first use of the oven / burn in. After that, love it.

    This oven was a great upgrade from our early 2000s oven. The burners heat up nice and quick. Easy features to work. Only complaint is the oven takes a little longer than our old oven to heat up. Would buy again.

    Never worked right, had to go through replacing part after part. Literally the unit would flash 666 on the screen and make crazy beeping noises. I guess it is some sort of known bug.. or issue. But really, a stove flashing 666 as it is trying to come to heat.. and then you aren’t really sure what the temperature is. Is it 425 for the pizza, or 666 for a portal right to hell. Who knows.

    The space for my oven is not too deep. This was a perfect fit and I love the air fry feature. Added bonus is the probe that it comes with. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it.

    There’s a problem here, because when the air fryer is on the knobs to turn on the burners get red hot! Hazardous. Can only touch with potholder

    I would give this purchase all the stars, but the second time using it, the knob stuck and wouldn’t turn off. I had to turn the gas off and call the manufacturer to schedule a repair. I haven’t been able to use the appliance. Maybe they can fix it next week when the repair person returns with a new valve gasket.
