Fridge is good size but doesn’t seem to be a natural spot for the bigger things like the milk/orange juice.
The freezer drawer could use a little more room. It can be hard to fit everything we used to fit in our old fridge which devoted one door to the fridge and other to the freezer.

Tons of space and keeps things super cold. One caveat, if you keep the manufacturer’s default temperature setting, which I recommend, anything in the back of the fridge has a chance of freezing. It’s that cold. Food stay preserved for a very long time so you rarely have to throw anything out. Lots of in door storage and the ice bin is huge. The freezer also has a lot of space and one of the things I really like is that you can stack items on the top shelf for “more” space. Another caveat, things can fall off the top shelf onto the bottom of the fridge and it can be inconvenient to get them. Not a big deal to me though.

We have had this refrigerator for 1 month now. At first, the ice maker seemed really loud, but it was because of the ice falling into the empty tray. We have no complaints so far, freezer keeps things frozen, fridge keeps things cold but not frozen. Crisper drawers keep produce edible much longer than our old fridge. Love how much room there is inside, especially in the door bins.

For $2,000 the refrigerator should have an ice maker that works properly. Will produce several glasses of ice per day, and then all of a sudden produce less than 1 glass per day for several days. Would not purchase this fridge again, for ice maker issue alone.

This is a great product! The exterior is fingerprint free.
The interior lights are bright and the adjustable shelves allow you to customize the design. The crisper and meat areas, along with the deli drawer provide for great organization.
The freezer door slides open easily and the shelves give you full view and access to all your products.
This unit is so spacious and quiet.

I never write reviews, but I feel like I need to warn people. I purchased this fridge in December, 2019. By March 2020, the door broke. SEVEN MONTHS LATER and they still haven’t fixed it. (I’m still within warranty.) I can’t even get in touch with anyone at the company except through chat and they just tell me that someone will call me. No one ever calls me. Please buy your fridge from a different company. It makes me sick thinking of the money I have wasted.

We bought this fridge in 2015 for our new construction home. What a disaster it has been. 1 year into use, ice started collecting at the bottom of the refrigerator. This was due to melted condensation leaking from the ice maker compartment when the defrost cycle would run. The drain hose for the ice compartment was frozen solid so the water had no where to go but into the fridge compartment. Next ice started forming on the backside exterior of the fridge, creating a huge rust spot that dripped rust-colored water on our wall and floor behind the fridge. We taped a rag to the back of the fridge to try to catch some of the liquid to protect our floor. Now, the ice maker completely stopped filling with water. It’s been one thing after another. Frigidaire support is worthless. If you can get them to respond to email, you’re lucky, but even when they do they won’t own up to their design flaws and repair them. Thanks to videos on the internet that other consumers have produced, we’ve been able to diagnose and buy retro-fit kits to cover up the rust, kits to seal the ice maker compartment, kits to replace the ice maker coil housing, etc. TOTAL LEMON! Now in 2020, they don’t even answer their phone or emails. We are shopping for a new refrigerator and will NEVER purchase anything from Frigidaire again. Also, they would not allow this review to be posted on their website. Don’t trust reviews on their website – they pick and chose which ones can be listed.

the main issue we have had is trying to get the doors lined up, even the service technician could only get it so good. Not sure if this was because they had to take them off when bringing it in the house or what, but not pleased with the alignment. The lit up functions on the panel are hard to see, you have to get at the right angle to see them, not really a big deal though.

This is a fine refrigerator. I love the space and features. Quality is great – except for the ice maker. Frigidaire/Electrolux has a long history of ice maker failures and this model is no exception. Not long after the pitiful one year warranty expired, the fan behind the ice maker started making a terrible noise. This is likely due to ice buildup so I let it defrost a little every couple of months. But I expect that the fan kit will need to be replaced soon.

Would not purchase from Frigidaire. The water filter housing is leaking. Less than a year old. Frigidaire will not take calls or respond to emails. No way to get this serviced under my warranty. I’ve been trying to get them on the phone for a week.

This is a great refrigerator; it is well built. I have only had it for less than a month but it is working well. When the delivery men unloaded from the truck, they said it was the heaviest refrigerator they ever unloaded (they have been doing this for 3 to 5 years). The only draw back is the water coming from the door is room temperature, our previous Samsung had cold water.

I bought this refrigerator in 2018 and it has stopped cooling twice. In March 2020 the freezer stopped cooling but magically started working after a day (thankfully diagnostic tech waived his fee when he saw the fridge start working again). Fast Forward to May 2021 and the refrigerator and freezer stopped working again. Now LG is sending out a tech to see if it will cover the repair and they are out a full week. If you want to worry about waking up to spoiled food this is the fridge for you….

This has a huge ice tray, which is what sold me on it. We never run out of ice and rarely run out of space in the fridge. Fingerprints barely show and wipe off with water on a cloth. I have owned mine for three years and I still love it.

Product came out of the crate with uneven doors, dents, and the door seal was damaged. For the price, this is ridiculous. I ordered a replacement and it arrived with a dent and punctured.

Not often that I vent about a company but after trying to contend with Frigidaire…never again! I updated all of my kitchen appliances approximately 7 years ago (Late 2014) to the Frigidaire Gallery Series. Within less than 6 months of purchase the ice maker went out on the fridge, so I bit the bullet and bought the 3 year extended warranty (ice maker had to be fixed twice under warranty). Shortly after the extended warranty ran out, the ice and water quit working again and we pulled the fridge out only to find the mess in my attached pictures. I called Frigidaire February 11, 2020 regarding these issues, I was transferred abruptly twice (side note Passion was the 3rd and last representative I spoke with who was simply doing her job within the parameters she had to work within and was very nice unlike the 2nd representative, Theresa). I was told that I would have to have a service technician come out at my expense and if they found a manufacturer’s defect they would “bring it to resolution.” We all know what that vague language means! Maybe Electrolux should have stayed in our home town and not moved production to Mexico. Now the ice maker has quit yet again. We are also now in the process of totally redoing our kitchen and I cannot have this fridge leaking all over my new floors. So, I am left to replace the fridge with another brand and not have the appliances all match or bite the bullet and replace all of my kitchen appliances that are just 7 years old.

Bought this to replace our previously broken Frigidaire refrigerator. Unfortunately they were the only brand really available in the time crunch we had. The ice makers freeze to, they are loud, and the refrigerator freezes items even when it’s set to 38 degrees. Our old one did the same. This one is even worse than our old one since the temperature numbers don’t reflect what the actual fridge/freezer temps are. Only redeeming quality is that it holds a lot and the door bins are large

Purchased the Frigidaire refrigerator after the LG refrigerator that I had previously purchased in 2016 quit working. I spoke with the service company about the best brands to purchase and he recommended the Frigidaire over other brands and this model has been working perfectly. I would like the ice maker to not take up so much room but that is the only negative.

Love this fridge! Operates very well and the lighting inside is fantastic. The fit and finish was not nearly as good as our previous Samsung, however, and we were rather disappointed with the freezer drawer alignment which works but is far from being correct. As far as functionality goes, we are very happy!

I spent a lot of money on this refrigerator for it to begin having issues not even a year after me buying it but 10 months. I spent 4 1/2 hours on the phone trying to connect with someone after geek squad told me that I couldn’t use the extended warranty that I purchased yet and I had to go through Frigidaire. They have horrible customer service! Took forever to connect with a representative and had to keep entering the same information over and over again. I had just went grocery shopping and paid over $150 for food that they are refusing to replace and alls they could say is “we don’t do that. It’s in the manual”. I will never buy a Frigidaire product again.

Purchased this refrigerator last February and I am on my third repair call. Had issues with water flow (repaired), then had loud noise (compressor cooling fan had fallen off!) and last night the freezer would not cool above 25Deg. (set at 0). Thankfully I had purchased the Lowe’s extended warranty. Sad to think that when you buy a major appliance you really need to purchase extended warranty because quality is so poor these days. I have also had issues with the ice maker. I do know that this will be the last Frigidaire appliance I purchase.

We bought a house with 4 brand spanking new Frigidaire appliances. Guess how many of them broke within the first year? Two. Do yourself a favor and go with a reliable brand.

Needed a larger refrigerator for the house all appliances were fairly new fridgidare gallery. So we stuck with the same. The installation team was good upon installation noticed the door had a large dent and no water filter was supplied. Back and fourth with Best Buy got a filter, waiting on resolution for the damaged appliance hopefully a replacement but nothing is currently available.
