Bought this dishwasher back in June 2020 and its now January and it is already broke and not working at all. Never really washed the dished very well to begin with. Now I have spent $500 on a dishwasher that didn’t work great when it was running and now doesn’t even work. What a joke.

it is quiet and does not sound like a cement mixer. It cleans the dishes well. Being stainless steel i was concerned with keeping it clean, however it is not difficult to clean.

I’ve owned Frigidaire GallerySeries appliances, including a dishwasher, in the past, which is why I bought this one. It is such a disappointment. It feels cheap, sounds cheap, and wasn’t worth the money.

Excellent product. Works very well and is beautifully made. Easy to load with a favorite feature which allows you to pick the setting that you like and always be able to load the machine again and choose favorite start and close the door.

I bought this for my rental unit, installation included, but the installer didn’t want to touch the water shut-off valves to connect the water to the dishwasher. Had to call a plumber to get it done. Don’t get the installation, you will end up calling someone else to do it anyway.

I’ve had this dishwasher for less than 1 month and it already stopped working. It’s a water problem. When it was working it cleaned my dishes beautifully. But less than a month and it’s broken, not good.

This guy actually broke down on us a little over a year. I figured the warranty was expired so it was bad luck I guess. I didn’t even bother trying to argue. Maybe should have? The drain motor went bad over time.

Incredible available selection and quick delivery and installation! My delivery/ install person (Richard) was extremely communicative and a Dudley was able to come a little earlier than planned! Parking in the City is difficult and he ended up having to park his truck 4 blocks away and walked the appliance to my property….all with NO complaints!! He expeditiously removed the old appliance and installed the new one in record time! Richard ensured that I was happy with the installation and even gave me a few recommendations as to how to best use the appliance. Could not ask for a better experience! Will always use Best Buy over Lowe’s and Home Depot for my appliance purchases (which are many since I am a property manager)!! VERY HAPPY!!

Very disappointing. Did not work well from the beginning. I am older and so I thought I am doing something wrong. Every time I used it i was worried it will not work. Sometimes it did but mostly did not. After two years I called a for service, and was told that the touchpad and sensor system are not working and needs to be replaced. So I paid for a broken dishwasher, installation, and now service man and still don’t have working dishwasher.
I will not recommend it.

It broke after three washes. The latch wouldn’t engage, and the repairman that was sent out said it was a fairly common issue. Luckily it was an easy fix. Works beautifully now.

We bought a house recently with this dishwasher already here and can’t wait to get rid of it. Its loud when running and squeaks when opened (we can also hear our upstairs neighbor open and run hers, its that loud). Impossible to clean. I thought it was the previous owners doing a crap job at keeping the inside and drain screen clean but so many nooks and crannies make it hard to clean it and its really hard to realign the bottom sprayer once its taken off to clean around it. The top shelf holes are large and anything smaller than 6 inches in diameter will fall through and risk getting melted by the dryer. Doesn’t clean well either. Usually one or two random dishes will be absolutely filthy when “clean”. We had our dishes for 2 years at the old place with a Bosch dishwasher and no chips; we’ve lived with this DW for 3 months and already have 3 chipped dishes. CANNOT WAIT TO REPLACE THIS WITH A BOSCH. Spend the extra hundred for a low end Bosch, you’ll be much happier.

I purchased this in May of 2020. From day one, the Start button was extremely difficult to actuate. So much so that the membrane panel eventually cracked from all of the pressure required to get the dishwasher started. This was somewhat of a blessing, however, in that the crack exposed the momentary switch under the membrane which made it at least possible to actuate the switch, Not wanting an exposed hole in my relatively new dishwasher, I purchased and installed replacement parts, 5304520008 Dishwasher Control Panel Assembly and 5304517587 Dishwasher Switch Assembly (~$200.00).
This returned the dishwasher to its original, mostly unusable state! After functioning (somewhat) for a few days, we are no longer able to start a cycle. All other switches operate easily.
My decision to buy this dishwasher was informed by my past experience with Frigidaire products. Our entire kitchen was originally equipped with Frigidaire components; including a dual convection Professional Series wall oven, Gallery series gas stovetop and dishwasher. After almost 14 years of service I had to rebuild the ovens and also decided to replace the stovetop and dishwasher, Again, keeping with the Gallery series.
For this ‘high-end” dishwasher to fail within 18 months (effectively unusable out of the box) is a huge disappointment to say the least!
Do NOT buy this model dishwasher!

We have had this dishwasher for three months. We are waiting on our third service call. The doors hinges have failed twice, and we are currently waiting on replacement parts. Our last service technician had to manually bend the door latch to allow the door to close and the machine to operate. The door gasket separated from the door and this would caused the machine to leak onto our wood floors had we not noticed it.
Based on the availability of parts and time between service calls, this product has been inoperable 25% of the time we have owned it.
The wash results quality is marginal, as we have to hand wash many items before placing them into the dishwasher, or they do not come out clean.
All in all, it has been a very poor ownership experience for us.

It does not dry the dishes very well or it takes a long time. Each time I open the dishwasher there is always water in the door and often times on the dishes as well (after washing them before i go to bed)…. still wet in the morning. Not happy with it at all.

In The 2 years we’ve had this, I’ve gone through multiple spray arms that mount on the bottom due to them melting and getting caught on the heating element. It also clogs a lot and have had it overflow a lot. Buyer beware, this dishwasher has been awful for us.

4 months left on the warranty and it stopped working. After 8 months they finally send the product to the company they dispatched to do the repair. It wasnt the right part and then Frigidaire said that any future repairs I woudl have to pay for. Thanks Frigidaire for clearly recommending to never buy your products again.
When it worked it worked well but doesn’t matter if it can’t last a year and they won’t actually honor their warranty.

It runs, clean dishes well. However it’s had a couple of minor issues over the past couple of years. First the spinning wheel on the bottom that sprays water broke off. Then the heating element broke. Luckily we were within the extended warranty period and the geek squad support was excellent. Lastly, the wheels on the bottom rack broke off and that is not covered in the warranty because it’s considered wear and tear.

This dishwasher had failed a few times and now repairman said it needs several new parts that would cost almost as much as the unit cost. Going to have to replace this one after 4.5 years. I would not recommend this dishwasher. I am going to replace with a GE better model.

Shame on us for buying this same model twice. We thought it was a fluke that we had so many issues the first time, but the second time around- more issues. It is 4 years old and we have paid the equivalent in repairs as we paid for it. Examples: hose/gasket underneath broke and flooded kitchen, multiple control pad replacements, spray arm replaced, and door latch replaced. Also, Frigidaire does not answer or call back customer complaints at their 800#.
