Do not have appliances installed by Best Buy! This unit was delivered to our house today. Our old refrigerator had an ice maker, this one doesn’t come with one. They left without plugging, capping, whatever the old ice maker line or without turning the water back on. So when I turned the water back on, we got water spraying out of the old ice maker line at full pressure. The only way to make it stop is to turn the water off for the whole house! Now Geek Squad’s customer service rep tells us that they can’t do anything about it. Geek Squad handles Best Buy’s deliveries, but Geek Squad contracts this out to other companies. Geek Squad says that they can’t send anyone out to properly cap, remove, whatever the old line until the delivery is marked complete and that it’ll be up to 48 hours before that happens. They say that they don’t have the authority to call a plumber to cap it/whatever for them. They can’t promise we’d be reimbursed if we call a plumber and said if we were, it’d be through Best Buy gift cards and may not be for what we pay a plumber. On top of that they damaged trim inside our home, the refrigerator has an assortment of damages to it, the installation team left a mess behind, and they didn’t install the air filter and other parts that came with the refrigerator. I’ve been on the phone for a long time with two different Geek Squad reps and each time I’ve been disconnected and have not been called back. Do not have appliances delivered and installed by Best Buy!

Very sleek and roomy fridge. We had zero problems since we bought it. The smudge proof is a wonderful thing to have. If you leave it open for a certain amount of time it will beep to notify you.
The Pure Air Filter is a nice built in feature , you don’t have to have baking soda sitting around.

Nice refrigerator. Roomy, Keeps everything nice and cold. I guess my biggest complaint is the doors don’t automatically shut. So yes I have had that soupy ice cream ! Mine also came with a dent in the door so I have been waiting five months for replacement so hopefully that one will work better so but other than that it’s a great refrigerator

Freezer door was dented and crisper drawer was cracked. Not happy. 2 hours away from Best Buy. Bad enough we drove 2 hours to get it, wasn’t willing to drive back. Was never offered a reduction.

The delivery was on time and well planned, upon arrival we noticed a dent in the corner. the delivery people made note and we decided to call on it later, as soon as they left we noticed there is no light, the bulb was there but dome piece was missing, the fridge would be awesome if the light werent broken, bought a new bulb still no light.

When you close main door, freezer door opens up and vice versa.
Lights broke 3 times on warranty and Frigidaire did not fix the issue. Temperature control button is not working – it is stuck on one setting that freezes over products in the main chumber. One nice feature is the looks – it does look nice.
