Must purchase associated trim kit if being installed in a cabinet. If it sits on a counter, no trim kit is required. Door open button does not feel solidly connected but seems to work well.

If you pop your own popcorn in brown lunch bags you’ll be discouraged. The popcorn setting doesn’t work at all, it’s taken 5 trial and error attempts to get close. The prepackaged popcorn works well but we prefer more natural and better tasting popcorn. It’s a new microwave for us so haven’t used it much but all other times we have used it, it has been performed well.

It wasn’t delivered on time when it was supposed to be and pushed back six months and when they did deliver it was the wrong color, but Best buy actually handled it and replaced it for no extra cost.

This microwave is exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a “built in”. Microwave and this did the job. I purchased the microwave with the optional trim kit and it looks amazing. The fact that the black stainless matched flawlessly to Samsung’s black stainless appliances that I have I. The rest of my kitchen was a bonus. There is more than ample cubic space inside for large dishes. I guess if there was one thing I could nitpick is the fact that I’ve always been used to the START button being on the right of the ZERO button and I keep hitting the STOP button lol. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a black stainless built in microwave with a great price tag.

I purchased this along with the trim kit to install May 26, 2021. Both showed in stock and order went thru. Microwave arrived Jan 6th. Trim kit is still on back order 3/19/2022. Why is it your selling things and not disclosing your can’t deliver the parts. Appears like your trying to get the sale regardless of customer service.
Microwave is good to go but sitting on a counter and me having a big hole in my cabinet is the issue. If you sell it you should be able to provide it.

I’m sure I’ll love it when it gets here in 2-1/2 weeks. 🙂 I’m really getting tired of my tiny W-M ‘get-by’ version. Seems we just can’t live without a microwave. All the black stainless microwaves were out of stock when I ordered this several weeks ago. Ratings below are just guesses.
