Microwave has several quick start and sensor settings which are very convenient. Runs quietly and has a high-volume (loud) ding upon completion of timed setting. Can hear the ding from other parts of house. Light setting and fan setting are good. Fit in same slot of different brand unit being replaced. Installation was quick and easy by my husband and a friend. Looks nice with a different brand range which has oven door with same look as microwave door. Controls are easy to read.

As noted in other reviews, this microwave worked fine for a year, and then began tripping the circuit breaker. This got progressively worse. When looking to replace it, I looked at the reviews, and noticed this was a common issue. I also noticed the customer service was posting responses. Thus, I called their customer service. All they are offering is to charge a $99 service fee plus whatever the cost of the fix is to resolve. Do not let their responses on the reviews fool you. They are not fixing the problem if the microwave is out of the standard 1 year warranty. Do not buy!

After about a year the microwave began tripping the circuit breaker and its on it’s own breaker! Of course the warranty is out. A service provider told us the problem was sensors where the door closes are bad and blowing the microwave fuse. Cost to fix was almost 200.00. We decided on another brand microwave rather than fix it. Very disappointed. I really liked it until now

This will break down in first year if you open door with out stopping microwave first . The warranty is trash I sent my microwave they kept it for several months . I constantly called no help . Eventually they gave it back and it went out a week after they returned it . The microwave went out at least three times is out now because of a faulty fuse in door . I give up just buying a new one this was straight trash

My wife and I decided to replace our kitchen appliances and went with the Frigidaire Gallery line. We LOVE our new microwave, especially the auto popcorn setting : ) It doesn’t show fingerprints and works great. Even our 10 year old can work it, so mom likes that too.

It is a microwave hood. The led stovetop lighting is an upgrade over my previous Frigidaire. The vent fan is quieter as well, particularly on low speed.
Despite calling Frigidaire to confirm an exact fit with my previous model it required changes everywhere (!) for mounting; backsplash needed to be cut back, upper cabinets needed new holes, etc. It went from what i thought was a screwdriver install to requiring a diamond blade to cut tiles, a hole saw and a few hours work. For that i deduct a star!
Also, if my experience is any guide expect to get 8 years out of this microwave before a repair or replacement. I am on my fourth and each have lasted 5-8 years.

I purchased this microwave to replace my old one that all of a sudden stopped working after a few years. I did some research and since I have the Frigidaire Air Fryer oven, I wanted to stay with the brand. After some research, I opted for this model, I ordered it online, did curbside pickup, which was easy and effortless. However when I got home, the item was damaged. I called customer service, which was great, went to the store closest to me, they reordered it, gave me a discount and had the item delivered to my home. Excellent service BestBuy!
As far as the microwave… I love it. It was easy to install. Very light, it took approximately an hour to install only because we had to drill holes in the upper cabinet. It looks amazing! A big upgrade from my last one. Powerful and the inside is very appeasing to the eye. Bright and well lite.

The microwave works well. Mildly disappointed the buttons are not the same touch style as the matching Frigidaire Gallery Range (they actually require a press instead of touch like the range). The range light flickers on the low setting to the point that I would never consider using it unless I was filming a horror movie in my kitchen. Also, the beep is very loud and will never stop unless you open the door, only option is to turn it off completely.

I purchased this microwave last August. I started having issues with the rack sparking a fire inside the microwave months later. Once I took the rack out, it worked fine. I had to call Frigidaire to have a tech look at it. It took months before my microwave was replaced.

We purchased this microwave in August of 2018. On Christmas Eve, 2019, it just quit when we opened the door. Repair person changed the switch. One year later, December, 2020, it happened again. A microwave for this money should last longer. Will not buy this brand again.

We’ve had this microvewave for 18 months with zero issues. As I was reading some of the reviews, I noticed that a lot of people were complaining about the annoying beep. This feature can be disabled. The sensor cooking feature is great

fine at heating up food but when your timer is finished it beeps at the most deafening frequency and volume of any microwave i’ve ever used. not only that but it initially has 3 long beeps and will continue to produce long, loud beeps until you open the door. SO ANNOYING

Purchased in April 2018 and it quit working on January 5, 2023. Like a lot of current products this microwave had a short lifespan of 4 years and 8 months. We have repaired many electrical appliances over the years and tried to repare this unit multiple ways but nothing worked. Will now have to make another “investment” for an over the stove Microwave.

It microwaves and does all of its functions as expected. But my god, you can tell the penny pinchers were involved here.
-The door latch is so tightly spring you’re basically slamming it to shut it. Shuts with a hollow and cheap sound as well. None of this can be adjusted.
-The charcoal filters fit in place so loosely that they’re PUSHED OUT OF THE WAY BY THE AIRFLOW, meaning they don’t filter! I had to stuff two of them in the slot to get around this.
-The beeps are 1980s annoying and the most bothersome sounds I’ve ever heard from an appliance. It’s only one step down from a fire alarm in annoyance.
-The LED cooktop lights are so cold that I cannot use them as I have warm/soft white lighting in my home. And they can’t be replaced with a warmer color at all as they’re not bulbs, but little proprietary LED boards.
-The LED display is an ugly green.
-I find myself sometimes having to push buttons twice for them to register.
-It’s not the quietest microwave ever when in operation. Sometimes it makes this weird subtle vibrating noise that sounds like it’s about to die.
-The turntable emits random high pitched squeaking as it turns. This microwave overall is an auditory nightmare.
My last whirlpool microwave was the same price range as this one but much better built, with a softer closing door, normal cooktop lighting, better filter fitment, and a softer musical signal for cycle finishes. I will not be recommending this microwave.
