    Definitely a good ac unit, really simple to operate.
    However, functions in the remote and how the system works it not necessarily that intuitive.
    Installation wasn’t that hard but tends to be tricky.

    Overall really happy with the unit.
    If anything changes in the future, definitely update this review.

    So far so good, had it for a couple weeks now. It replaced a Honeywell portable AC unit that caused a lot of issues. This one is keeping my garage cool and it’s super quiet compared to the Honeywell.

    Could not be happier. I purchased and open box at a huge discount online. When I received it it was brand new in the box but the box did have some damage. The unit itself was in perfect untouched condition. It was fast set up and works amazing. Living in Florida it costs a small fortune to achieve 70 degrees in a house. Keeping this in my office (WFH) has lowered my selected bill and allowed me to work on freezing temperatures in the middle of summer. It’s not very loud and the dust filter is super easy to clean. I have only one complaint the remote is TERRIBLE! It works whenever it wants to and it looks like it’s from the 70’s. Overall I would buy it over and over again. Great value and works wonderfully in a large room

    I purchased to cool an area of the house that tended to be warmer than the rest of the house. It is good enough to cool a small bedroom but the exhaust kit does not work well with vinyl windows.

    It’s a great air conditioner, but you will have to buy extra equipment for setting it up. The plastic hose given to drain the unit is way too short and if you don’t have an electrical saw to cut the plastic cover that blocks anything from getting in from the outside it will only fit in a wide window. You might also have to buy extra foam to get an air tight fit.

    The model is a powerhouse , The product cools a designated area .A nice alternative to usIng a whole house AC system . ( Great for a small office , bedroom)

    I installed it in my living room with only a cut to the vent so it would fit in the window. Keeps the room cool even though there is no door to the living room. My only complaint is that it shows that the filter needs cleaning. I cleaned it but the light wont go out.

    One of the best ac units I’ve ever owned. I owned a g&e ac unit that I spent $600 on and it sucks. But this little thing is amazing. It blows out really nice cold air along with a handful of nice easy setting to keep it clean and running well.

    Got this in May of this year by October the unit started making loud noises. Called company directly they been giving me run arounds for over a month now. Said they replacing unit all approved and will get it within 7 days. Called after 8 days told me to keep waiting dont know what is the delay. Waited 8 days again and called today told me that my unit was shipped to wrong place. Never send me a tracking nothing. First customer service told me they have tracking then 10 mins later they didnt have it. The product was good when it worked but customer service is a nightmare. They send me an email to extend my warranty but cant send me an email on whats going on with my case. Probably last product I got from this company.

    I waited until now to write this review because I wanted to use the unit for a season before giving it any rating. The result was very good. The unit was function well and did what it supposed to do. The noise was low the power was high. At times I was freezing and had to turn it down a little. I will have to try the heater this winter to see how well it does. Stay tune!

    Dont waste ur money on this air conditioner. Mine died within a year and a half. Amazon has way better ones that will last you 5+ years for the same price.

    Need additional cooling for one room due to number of electronics easy to install has wheels for moving around. Could vent to outside did need to trim the plastic for the window. Used a Sabre saws ( jigsaws) worked well.

    This is a great product, I had my air conditioner go out and I’m not savvy at putting anything together let alone getting this box out of my car trunk but needless to say this worked out great! I had no problems unboxing by myself and connecting everything it was so easy, instructions were simple and useful. Within minutes I was cooling off and for the price you are getting great quality. I highly recommend this product I can use it with ease and rolls around great

    It was absolutely disastrous. The tube that connects to the window overheats and it falls off the ac. I would not recommend it at all. We immediately returned it the next day.

    Our central AC went out this summer and we needed something to help us until a new system was installed. Purchased the Frigidaire portable AC unit. Set up was easy and it worked pretty well for the size of the room it was intended for. Easy to move around and clean.
    I definitely recommend getting one.

    Waited weeks for this AC unit to arrive at best buy. Only find the box it came with was in very bad condition. As soon as i opened it the window kit was cracked and the ac had visible damages. Had to return it the same day I picked it up.

    kinda pricey for portable air conditioner but it totally worth it.
    Please make sure you have enough space near the window to place it at. Besides the size it or if you have plenty space in you room – thats great deal. this ac almost silent compared to the window ac’s we had before.
