    This is a nightmare of a fridge. The inside was damaged, top drawer is messed up and the water filtration system doesn’t work. You can tell that this is basically a cheap plastic fridge with a thin steel coating. This thing ways practically nothing and you have to hold it in place in order to open one of the doors, if you don’t, you’re just pulling the fridge towards you. Frigidaire’s customer service is one of the worst in the industry. Their answer for the busted drawer is to put Petroleum Jelly on the drawer to help it slide. As for the filtration, their answer was to change the water filter to their Ultra Version. That just caused the water and ice filtration to not work at all. Yep, it clogged the system. It takes Frigidaire so long to do everything that by the time it is finished, you’re stuck with an out of warranty piece of poo. This is supposed to be a fingerprint resistant finish but the slightest touch just marks it. Also, the steel is oxidizing which means rust. We don’t use any harsh cleaners or anything like that. Just warm water with some dawn and then rinse and dry thoroughly. Everything in our house is the same finish so we know how to care for it. Don’t waste your money for the extra space you get with this fridge is offset with never-ending problems.

    The refrigerator is ok,but not as great as my replaced Frigidaire. The new Frigidaire is very noisy and the stainless steel shows a lot stains.You have to constantly wipe it.

    Fridge works well for a family if 7. I love all of the features and the space that the fridge offers. The surface is easy to clean, especially with multiple kiddos in the home. We’ve had it for over a year and are happy with our purchase.

    Refrigerator has a lot of space and better yet I am able to organize everything the way I want. Functions such as ice making kicked in right away. The crisper keeps the vegetables fresh eliminating that need to have to use immediately or toss them. Despite it’s size it is very easy to move. I am very satisfied with this appliance.

    The inside lighting is poor. They need another light bulb in the refrigerator. It is difficult to see the indicator light for crushed ice or cube ice. The light for the water dispenser has to be turned on and off with the switch. This light was automatic with my previous refrigerator. It is quiet when the compressor is running.

    Purchased March 2021 and the compressor froze up in May 2021. Compressors are on backorder and company does not expect to have one for at least a month. They will do nothing to replace the refrigerator until we have waited at least a month. We have been living out of an ice chest for weeks and neither Best Buy nor Frigidaire will give us any assistance.

    The store delivered a defected refrigerator, now they want me to pick another one but i will have to pay any diference. I was expecting more profesionalism from best buy dealing with Clients, nobody called me, nobody cares to send a similar or better refrigerator I bought at the same price, this is the minimun they can do for sending a defected refrigerator and deal with all this issue brought.

    Never buy this. Got it in Jan, stopped working in April and is not serviced till June and still not fixed as of June 23 2021. Never pay so much for such an useless product.

    I love the side by side feature along with the ice maker. I don’t have to open the freezer to get ice. The fridge is roomy with 3 storage drawers. Love it!

    Good quality fridge. Keeps your items nice and cold. Freezer works fine. Ice maker really good. It’s pretty narrow so sometimes hard getting stuff from the back. Also the cover and the bottom never sits in right.

    -Pros:
    –Keeps stuff colde
    –Digital display for temp selection
    –Decent amount of space
    -Cons:
    –Buttons on water dispenser/ice maker seem cheap
    –Stainless steel is stainless steel but has stains on it from dirt collecting around stickers that were on the thing when it was new.

    Fridge came with a part inside broken. Even the mover noticed. The broken part is the part that controls the temp in the fridge. Had to super glue it in place so things wouldn’t freeze. Called but since it was out of the box, they wouldn’t do anythjng

    I have had this refrigerator since 11/2020. It is defective. Frigidaire said BestBuy needs to replace it, it was supposed to be replaced in August, 2021 then delayed to Nov, 2021 then delayed to Jan, 2022 then to March, 2022 then to June, 2022! But now it’s cancelled and store is closed!

    The water and ice dispensers are at an odd angle. You have to learn how to hold a cup at a specific angle to keep ice from bouncing everywhere. There also isn’t a drip tray so, especially with kids, I had to get a mat to put in front of the fridge so there weren’t dangerous falls happening in our kitchen.

    Worst refrigerator I have ever owned. In the last year, we have had a repairman out 4 times for four major issues and now it’s broken again. Do not recommend. Repairman said this model has a lot of problems and I believe him. We’re just buying a new one and it won’t be Frigidaire.
