    This has proven to be a good dishwasher, it has an abundance of settings and the 3rd rack is awesome for utensils and knives. There are fancier machines out there but for everyday use it’s perfect!

    Bottom Rack rolls Wonky . Cutlery rack at bottom plain out sucks terrible design.

    We have had this dishwasher for about a month. It works perfectly well. We dont put dishes in it that are really covered with food so I dont know how it would handle that type of load. It’s a little annoying that you have to push the door all the way down when opening, rather than the door going down with it’s own weight with a nudge.

    Less than 7 months old it started making noise and had an error code that would not clear. Unplugging it was the only fix. 2 months and 4 repairs later I am still washing dishes by hand and feel completely ripped off. Frigidaire and Electrolux are unwillingly to do anything but send parts and repairmen. The last Frigidaire or Electrolux product I will ever buy.

    This is what I get for going with the cheaper price washer. My old dishwasher, which was also a Frigidaire, would not dry the dishes. I think it was only 4yrs old. So I purchased this model and wouldn’t you know it. It doesn’t dry the dishes either! All my appliances are Frigidaire. I should’ve went with a Samsung. When we remodeled our old house we got a Samsung dishwasher and it was the quietest and it dried our dishes! I won’t be buying Frigidaire again!

    Clean well. Racks do not slide in or out easily. Wine/champagne glasses don’t stand up well as rack dividers are too short and they fall over.

    Have had it since February. Great product overall. No issues with leaking or anything. It’s super quiet and the third rack is so handy! It barely makes any noise. So easy to clean the filter. It does sit lower than a lot of other dishwashers but it’s super sleek and clean inside out.

    We have a small house (1100 sq. ft) and the main living area has to be open floor plan- there really isn’t another configuration for it. We are renovating our kitchen and I wanted the quietest dishwasher I could find, for the price range I needed, and matching my other Frigidaire appliances. It’s a beautiful dishwasher, I love the third rack, stainless steel exterior and interior and I really cannot believe how quiet it is. I run it at any time of day and can watch tv without hearing the dishwasher. I love it.

    This dishwasher does well if you load it very lightly – I can only put about 2/3 the amount of dishes that I would normally wash. When you fill each rack the dishes do not get fully clean. Also – the dishes do not get dry on either dry function.

    The delivery was prompt and all was well. I installed it myself since I was replacing the old one. FYI, I am a senior DIY woman. I had hoped that all the connection parts were interchangeable, however, the water line connection was not the same. The instruction wasn’t very complete for the fitting size. I had to make trips to the hardware store twice before getting the right size fitting. One of the leveling feet broke so I had to use a shim. Otherwise, the installation was easy.

    The new dishwasher is much quieter. The old one was still working but it was a builder grade and loud. This one is not the top of the line but does a good job of washing. The annoying part about this one is that all the racks don’t slide smoothly. They stick and I have to lift and jiggle them to pull in and out. The utensils basket on the bottom rack is a pain. It constantly tips over and catch on the side of the dishwasher frame. There is no visible sign when the dishes are cleaned. I have to peak through the top of the door to see if it is done.

    Maybe I need to get used to this machine, but it isn’t as satisfying as my other dishwasher at my second home, of different brand but similar specifications (one year old).

    My kitchen includes a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator and stove, and although this is not from the Gallery line, I thought it would be a good choice, it was not. First, the 3 tray design means all of the mechanical components are closer to the floor. Not an issue unless your electrical hookup runs along the floor, like mine. The second issue is the lower rack. All of the dish supports are close together and will not allow anything like pans to fit between them. I have to lay pans flat which takes up a lot of space and reduces load size. And the last but not least issue is, the dishes are always wet after a wash. I tried different drying agents, extra heat cycles, every possible option on the control panel, nothing helps. The drain line is properly placed and there is nothing in the strainer. Overall, I am very disappointed with this purchase. I would have returned it, but I ran out of time.

    We hate the fact that it does not really dry the dishes like other brands that we had before. The way to operate is also different to other ones that we had before too. Other than that it works good.

    The drain hose is faulty and leaks at the end that connects to my air gap unit. Will Best Buy provide a new hose so I can replace it? Its ruined my under cabinet surface…

    Washer washes fantastic on standard wash, so the advance wash will I know be the best.. I like that the 49 dba sound is quiet, which I welcome. I am pleased.

    I love the look,it got dishes clean and there was plenty of space! HOWEVER, the dishes are really wet after even using all the dry options.I don’t like I have to hand dry them after being washed,I might as well wash and dry them by hand.Really disappointed with this. I do not recommend this dishwasher unless you like your dishes wet when you put them up.
