Replaced a dishdrawer that came with my condo for this one. These are pricey, but just so so for cleaning.

I bought our Fisher-Paykel drawer dishwasher at Best Buy in 2015. It was the floor model, so I was able to buy it at the ridiculous price of $100!!! It is 2019 now, so I have been using this dishwasher for 4 years. I LOVE IT. First of all, I never have to bend over. Second of all, now I can store all of my pots and pans in a big drawer underneath this wonderful dishwasher! Thirdly, it cleans my dishes perfectly. Another reviewer says it is just so-so for cleaning, but I have to disagree. Lastly, you may think you cannot fit many dishes in just one drawer like this, but you will be surprised at how many dishes you can fit in here.
We are in the process of moving out of state now and I cannot take my dishwasher with me; believe me, I would if I could. So, when my husband remodels my kitchen in our new home, you can be sure that THIS is the dishwasher I will be buying from Best Buy again!!!

I love Best Buy service but I actually only bought this dishwasher because I needed to replace my old one and they are the only one that fits the opening in my cabinet.
This is my third replacement in 15 years. It’s a cheaply made machine and the plate racks rust and bend easily. Clips holding things together are cheap plastic and snap off or crack and break. A very costly mistake for us.

It has been close to three months since my purchase and installation of the Fisher & Payke dishdrawer. I am more than happy with the experience, from purchase, delivery, installation and removal of the old dishdrawer. I chose Best Buy because they offered installation services and the price was competitive. The installers were professional and competent. They delivered the dishdrawer and installed and tested it before leaving. I also paid for the removal of my old dishdrawer and that was done to my satisfaction

Perfect fit in the hole the old one came out of. (Old Fisher Paykal one lasted almost 14 years). Great front display and multiple settings which are easy to understand. Do not like the foldable left side of rack for dishes. From are point of view it would be a better rack if stationary but it does give more options. The old dishwasher was very good for the 14 years we used it and the 105,000 miles we put one our motorhome.

So far not very pleased. It holds a lot less dishes than you think. Am already having problems with it and have had to call Best Buy, the manufacturer and the appliance repair company they use. Couldn’t get the repair guy to come in but am hopeful that the issue gets resolved sooner than later.

Worst quality ever! Bought a house with a dish drawer which broke after 4 years. Ordered a new one. Installed 2/3/22, would not stop filling. Had to shut off the water for the entire house to stop my kitchen from flooding. Replacement machine back ordered until 3/25. 3/26 guys show up to install replacement—HUGE dent, see pictures. Outside box not damaged— which means it was packaged at the factory damaged. If I could use a different dishwasher in the existing cabinet space, Fisher & Paykel products would never enter my house again
