    So far so good. I have had it for over a month and it’s doing what it’s supposed to do.

    really great printer. I like the feature of allowing 11″x17″ but not having to keep the paper in the tray / cassette. the main feature I do not like is the back tray extends backwards every time you open the scanner to scan something. This impedes it’s location on my desk next to a wall. Doesn’t happen often, but annoying when it does. Would give it 4.5 stars

    Battery life is virtually non-existent. Maybe you’ll get 10-20 pages before battery goes dead on you. Keep that AC plug handy

    This is a heavy-duty printer, scanner, fax and copier with many options for a small office. The machine is larger than my previous printer, however, it offers many options for scanning and printer larger pages and prints. I returned to the Epson Brand, after my HP Printer (also heavy-duty) from 2015 broke, The new HP’s seem flimsy and after many attempts to find a solid machine from HP, I returned to Epson.

    I will never buy another Epson anything again. I just bought this in March and I need to print something and it’s telling me ‘no paper’ when there is about 100 blank sheets in there. It printed before, no problem before. I did everything right. I’ve been around long enough to know how to load paper.
    Before this one, I bought one of those Epson tank printers and even though the ink was full it kept telling me it was out of ink. I mean, I could see the ink and it was to the top. I have no respect for this brand anymore.

    Have been using it for a couple of months.. scans great in document mode ! Printing is a bit slow for high quality prints ..takes a little bit of time to dry.. have spoilt a few of my prints because i touched them too early .. otherwise works well.

    Printer is great. Epson’s driver package is a bit difficult to install when you have multiple computers on the network.

    Pretty good printer. Not the best (the document feeder scanner doesn’t always produce straight scans) but overall, has enough capabilities at a reasonable price

    AMAZING printer for the price. Ink price is fair. This printer is easy to use and setup. It prints 11×17!! Great for a small/medium sized office. Printing speed is slightly on the slower side but this is an amazing printer for a PM like myself.

    Excellent printer. I have always brought Epson printers. When my Workforce of over 20 years died, I decided to purchase a different brand printer because of the high cost of the Epson; wrong choice. After only having the printer for 1 year I have it away and spent the extra money to go back to Epson.

    The quality of print is nice when it works. There is a glitch- it says there is no paper when there is paper. It prints anyway with one of our computers and not with another.

    Firmware updates happen constantly and are annoying to clear from the screen. And each update means you need more ink
