    I’m still working my way through this printer. Too many trays to figure out and not overly impressed. Many annoying things like when I shut it off, it asks me if I’m sure. Seriously? It’s heavy and cumbersome. I had thought about taking it back but waited too long. I can’t pick it up by myself.

    There is not a huge selection of printers that print 11×17, so we bought this and works great, but the ink is just too much.

    I am in love with this printer because it has two trays for different paper sizes, and a rear tray that accommodates wide format paper! It was easy to set up the wifi connection, as well as the connection with my laptop. This is a fantastic, versatile office printer!

    We are very pleased with this printer. It can print up to 13×19 which is the reason, we got it. It installed via network easy and via USB with the EPSON software. I recommend buying extra ink, as with EPSON, the reservoirs are on the smaller side. One of the coolest features is the powered print catch tray.

    The cord does not stay in back of printer. Best Buy
    refuses return after 15 days which was not clear on purchase. My understanding was I had 30 days. Very disappointed.

    Works great! I love that there are 2 paper trays so you can easily print different sizes without changing the paper. I was even able to print on bags without any problem… my old printer would jam so easily. I was planning a surprise engagement party and decided to get a new printer to help make everything. Best decision ever!!

    I bought this printer because I needed it to print 11×17 and it works amazing! the printer takes paper of all thickness, and the set up was beyond easy. I use this printer multiple times a day, and after a month is working great! sometimes it takes a second to realize there’s paper in the tray, but opening and closing the tray fixes it.

    Works very well. Dual paper cassette option is great for keeping two different types/sizes of paper set up. Paper cassette will hold up to 11×17 paper. Rear feed will accommodate 13″ wide paper of any length.

    This would have been 5 star however if you do the updates it makes Elpson ink cartridges a must for it to work.
