I’ve been a user of Epson Printers for over 30 years and just LOVE them! My latest choice is the WorkForce Pro WF-4830 All-in-One Printer! It’s the Bomb! It’s quiet, has larger display screen (Yesss), reliable, with great color and print quality and easy to operate and doesn’t take up a lot of space. My new printer also has the Fax capability and that’s another Plus!!! Other printer brands Can’t Touch or Beat My Epson printer … hands down!!! That’s My story and I’m sticking to it!!! I Highly Recommend this printer!! Excellent Rating with 10 Stars **********

Pros: Printer quality is good enough
Major Cons: printer stops working. I updated the firmware which is tells you to do, then it said the ink cartridge isn’t compatible even though it was working fine before. This is because I had a 3rd party ink cartridge which I bought because they are so much cheaper than epson’s. Epson wants to sell you their own expensive ink. A shameless money grab. Also, printer runs out of ink quickly.
other cons: scanning feeder often skips pages. Printer disconnects from internet and requires restarting.

The WF-4830 is absolutely fantastic! It prints fast and is easily programmable for specific job needs. The two trays allow for flexibility in media needs and the page feeder is fast and reliable. This is my second Epson home printer (I love the reliability and quality of Epson products!) the first Epson lasted 16 years and I had to replace it only because specs of the new computer was not supportive.

Have had this now for a few months and pretty happy with it. Got tired of the BS that comes with the HP printers. Getting this connected to my home computers for scanning to the PC was a breeze unlike with HP. Think I will stick with Epson for a while.

For the short amount of time I’ve had the printer, it performs very well – print, copy, and auto duplex scanning. I can’t comment on “faxing” as I don’t have a landline. BUT less then two weeks after having the printer, it had to be replaced by Epson due to a “hardware” issue with the scanner. The warranty issue was easy to resolve except for the inconvenience. Hopefully this issue is not a sign of things to come…

This is my second one, can say from experience it’s a great all in one scan, copy, print and fax machine and does duplex scan and print as well. Easy to use software and wireless makes it easy with both windows and Mac machines as well as apple and android phones. That all said, this go around i optics for the Geek Squad protection as I found out with my first one if something goes wrong with a printer most places won’t work on them and you just replace it…so for the cost the chances are it’ll more than pay for itself by end of time based on prior time and use of previous one. Catch it on sale and it’s an even better deal for all you get. Can’t say epson support is or was much help at all so hopefully Geek Squad is what it’s appeared to be so far.

NO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER, I have a 4833
Terrible at everything, try and print less than the full document. It might print a partial about 2 minutes later or not at all. Loses wireless connection more often than not.
To scan a document, ou have to go through about 6 steps and then asks you to select a computer – only option which flat out does not work. Worst scanning software imaginable. I am ready to unplug and throw in the trash.
There are already streaks on any scan.

The Epson Workforce 4830 is an excellent printer with two paper trays. It’s a bit taller than my older Epson printer but takes up lest space. The setup was very easy for my desktop and my wife’s laptop. It has built in imprint and printing using my Samsung 21 Ultra was a breeze.

I’ve only had this printer for a couple of weeks so far. I am very pleased with its performance, print quality, and ease of setup. It replaces a Brother workforce printer that was 2x the size and weight. It lasted me seven years. I hope this one does the same.
However, I wish there was easier scanning and the ability to do auto-detect of smaller paper scans such as receipts like the Brother printer did.

I love that it prints as fast as my last Epson WF printer, but I wish the ink cartridges were either larger or held more ink. And it doesn’t seem as solidly built as my last one. But all in all I love my Epson printers.

The printer is very nice. It holds a lot of paper since it has 2 trays. I really wanted a printer that “hid” the paper. Now a days, many printers have exposed trays or backload paper through a rear tray. Another nice feature, although I havent tried it, is that it can print onto several sizes of paper. For example, you could print addresses onto envelopes. The display is touch screen and very easy to use. Set up and connection was easy. The only reason I’ve deducted one star was because some of the thin plastic parts feel flimsy and cheapy. This printer costs a pretty penny, and the parts in the paper trays make me nervous. Overall, it does what I want, has the features I want, and it is a great medium capacity printer.

This printer does everything i want it to do.
Easy setup. Only issue was trying to setup email for the scan feature. However i found that you download the scan feature on your computer. You open it up. Scan your document. Once done it gives you options on what you do with it. You can save. You can email etc. when you choose email it gives the otion to also save. It asks how you want to email, i have outlook. The email comes up. I type in the address etc and hit send. Easy peasy.

I have had the WF-3720 in the past. This printer is pretty much a duplicate if my old printer. The only drawback with this is the ink consumption. My old printer seemed to be more economical with the ink.

As a printer, the WF-4830 works fine, but when scanning more than just a few pages it takes a couple of pages at a time, so you need to check to make sure everything scanned then go back and rescan. It’s also noisy. I waited a few day too long to return mine, but I would if I could.
