High quality prints for my galleries. Handles all types of special papers.
DalanaC –
It was very easy to set up and get it started. I think it’s a good choice for a printer! Would buy again!
CarolinaK –
I really enjoyed this printer, it works well and the quality of all the stuff I print turns out really great! Definitely recommend it.

This printer is hard to get it to work correctly on your net work. I’ve had other Epson printers, and they were much better. This is one of the worst printers I’ve ever had to deal with would not recommend it at all.
Disappointed –
My first and only Epson printer. The ink supply level is controlled by an internal chip and you MUST use only EPSON cartridges. What a scam, do NOT guy Epson.
Nope –
My last Epson WorkForce printer served me quite well for over 10 years until it finally wore out. It was used mainly for printing greeting cards and school work. I’m really enjoying the automatic two-sided printing. I was used to a single rear feed so I got the single cassette. I wish I’d gotten the two cassettes so I could have paper in one and envelopes in the other. Still, it’s quite easy to change. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t like only a single envelope or piece of paper in the cassette.

Seeking a wireless printer with options. Easy to set up and print documents on the fly.

Second epson printer

Four stars only because the first one had an issue while installing. After shutting the lid, the sensor would not recognize that the unit was closed and never got past installation. Best Buy service was great though, easy transition to reorder another, and once it got working it has been great. The wireless scanning feature is the best feature without a doubt.

Had it delivered. Works great and is convenient. Does not take up much space at all.
DontKnowMuch –
Black print is too light no matter how you adjust it. My 3rd party ink stop working after firmware update.
tristanc95 –
Pretty easy to use, fairly easy to hook up, but sometimes has trouble connecting when trying to AirPrint. Overall a pretty decent printer!

This is a very cost-effective printer. I have not had to add ink for years.
Abrahams –
Printer works but sometimes has wifi connectivity issues. May fail to print at times.
OscarT –
Very useful, I use it for sublimation the change of ink works perfectly, it doesn’t cause issue when you need to update the firmware, very easy to set up and install.
WilliamG –
New to Epson, always went with HP. Surprisingly quiet and easy to use.
BBReview –
Great printer for the price. Purchased to primarily print labels for work. Works with a variety of paper, stickers, etc.
Beats –
Great printer , love it. It works great and gets the job done .
AlysiaC –
Bought this for a low volume home WiFi-connected setup with easy printing from Mobile. Does what it says. Don’t print tons of color stuff, so unsure on long term costs, but doesn’t seem too bad off estimates. Convenience is worth the extra costs if there is!

Pronter with superfast printing speed, Please note to disable the firmware update of you tend to use the refilled catritges

I’ve had for a few months now. I really enjoy it. Way better than the hp printers I’ve had in the past.
DarciD –
The set-up was simple, and I have scanned, printed and it works well. Not quite as vibrant of color as I thought but I will try different paper and see if that makes a difference. It was a little bigger, bulkier than I thought but really like it. The App is great and my son and I can print from our phone from anywhere. Waiting to see how long the ink lasts. but over all pretty happy with my purchase.
Spike3 –
A great upgrade for an older, weary print/scan that was on my to-do list, but my hand was forced when the old device was not compatible with my new Windows 11 HP
I did have one original tear while feeding into the scanner. Hopefully that was an anomaly and not an indicator of issues in the future

I’m so happy with this brand! Epson is perfect for my large print jobs from home. I was elated that they had this particular printer. It is durable, dependable and so good, I actually bought 2!
Germ0o –
Printer scanning feature is terrible, the paper gets jammed a lot…and it is very slow. This thing has caused more headaches than printed/scanned documents. Ok if you’re on a budget.
Tordo –
This printer is convenient for using and replacing ink.
Lynwood –
Great price and does a great job!Just what I needed for my job at home.
KarenW –
Has so many features that i wi use & fax capability which i need occasionally.
Rick –
Love this Epson WF4820 printer. The 4-inch display is just what I had been looking for. I passed on a few other printers because the display was so small or there was none. Setup is easy and everything you need to do is displayed on the display. The ink cartridges are less expensive too. I do a fair amount of faxing and this printer has faxing capabilities made easy along with scanning and copying. Price was a concern, and I caught this one at the right time.

Replaced a Canon with this Epson. So far I’m happy with it.

MonicaJ –
This is the seci d one i have purchased. Same model. The furst one lasted two years but then had a sensor malfunction saying the lid was open and would not clear error…
MarlonU –
A very good printer for working from home and daily use
DonaldS –
Easy to operate. Quality scanning resolution. Meets all our needs.

Picked this up at the store yesterday after my Epson WF 3620 finally died. I will miss that old printer!
I like that the 4820 has the document feeder on top rather than behind. It was also very easy to set up! Even though it came with the CD to install, I just went directly to Epson Connect as they had the latest updates.
At first I was concerned I would have connectivity issues after reading reviews, but was pleasantly surprised that there were none! I followed the included brochure VERY carefully in order not to skip any steps and to avoid frustration.
The three things that stand out to me the most when comparing the older version (3620) is:
1) The scanner is SLOW. Even when you take down the resolution, it’s slowwwww.
2) The printer is loud. Even when you enable the quiet mode setting (longer printing time), it’s still loud.
3) Paper jams. I’ve only made three prints, but the paper drawer is very finicky. Very disappointed in that. If it wasn’t for that, I’d add an extra star. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to ensure the paper is inserted properly.
Overall, for the price that I paid, it’s ok. The official Epson site had this printers on sale so was able to do a price match.
KamalS –
Not working i dont recommend buying this item at all

I hate this printer! printer is set up properly and it will print half pages or sometimes nothing at all. I didn’t use it enough during the return window to realize that I needed to return it. I’ll be going back to HP!
