This is a quiet, smooth printer and makes good copies. It sync’d with my apple laptop right away but my phone and iPad can’t find it. That’s frustrating.

I liked my new printer. It was easier to connect to the WiFi and to the printer than the previous printer. It was also easier to set it up, find out how to use its different functions, and begin printing right away. Its compact design also helps keep the weight lower. It was easy to move around. The was an excellent purchase!!!

This is a pretty bad printer. It had a lot of issues. And it requires a lot of updates. The last time I updated the printer’s software it did not recognize the printers’ inks. It kept popping up issues saying it cannot recognize the inks. I did everything to get it fixed based on online’s recommendations. But it did not work.

This printer works well, but has a tendency to go offline quite a bit. I’m not sure why this happens. Nothing else does this.

The Epson 3820 is a replacement for a very good HP that was no longer supported but is still performing nicely with an old off-line Dell computer. The Epson has a few more bells and whistles and seems to be an excellent replacement. I’m irked with HP for making me spend money right now, but I think the Epson is a good choice. Not that difficult to set up. Works well. Paper feed is an improvement. It will also please my inner decorator once I get a 3-prong extension cord that isn’t international orange.

Right out of the box, this Epson printer delivered. The prints are crisp. The scan function immediately helped me finish what I needed to get down with a quick and easy to understand driver installation. Still waiting to try more features.

HORRIBLE!
1) Paper jams, all printing is slanted! Trying to print labels and they are all off! Even regular printing is at an angle.
2)The paper feed is off. No way to adjust this!
3) I have to remove and re-add the printer regularly as it just stops connecting with WiFi!
4) Goes through ink like a sieve! Then almost impossible to get to the cartridges!
Of course “able to the return” date ended yesterday!

Only negative feature, as with all EPSON products, is that the printer likes to drink ink! Otherwise very efficient, easy WI-FI setup, and quite quiet.

Recent purchase, so have not tried all features. Set up was easy and both windows 10 and 11 computers along with iPhones/pads recognized it without needing any software. Print quality is good and fast although I would like a draft quality option to save ink, perhaps that is in the software I did not install. Have not used scanner yet so can’t rate it.

This was returned as I was finally able to get my old printer to work.

After using the printer for nine months, it has proven to be unreliable. The ink gets blocked even when the cartridges are half full. We print with black ink but the color ink still disappears. After not using it for a week, the ink nozzles dried out and were difficult to unblock. The printer has just become a bother. Customer service has also been poor forcing us to buy expensive ink replacement cartridges rather than compatible ones. Avoid buying this printer. It is more trouble than it is worth.
