    Dealing with aftermarket ink can be a bargain, but it can also ruin your printer. I would rather pay the extra without worrying about the quality.

    The only down side of this ink is that it lacks the XL size. There is one box which contains XL for the black ink, but the color inks are standard sizes.

    Good quality on the WF7840. But didn’t print that much stuff used my printer average, not high volume. But ink only lasted 4 months. All colors. So if you buy Standard capacity Thats about $70 every quarter or $210 per year.

    I don’t like the fact that the WF 7840 won’t print in black and white when all the other colors are low or out. One color stops alll printing.

    works great! It prints, and haven’t had any issues. It could be cheaper with how many prints you get out of it… but that is not relevant, you’ll have the same problem with any cartidges you get.

    Bright and vivid colors. The only con is the limited printing with the regular cartridges and the XL cartridges are expensive.

    These little guys aren’t as big as I’d like them to be. I wish Epson offered the colored ink cartridges in larger sizes like they do with the black ink. These feel so wasteful because when they say low ink, they mean two prints left maybe. They work well and produce great pictures/colors.

    Built to fail. Ink cartridges are way to expensive to last less than a week especially when your only printing in black and white.
