    Nice compact scanner. Works well, software isn’t clunky, and the 4800 DPI resolution is practically revealing microscopic details. One thing of note is that if you want to use the max 9600 DPI resolution, it requires the object you’re scanning to be quite small. So case in point, the max resolution it permitted was 2400 DPI for a sheet sized at 8″x10″, smaller than the maximum bed size.

    Not much information out there for this scanner. Really impressed with the quality of the scanner, photos came out looking great. I would really recomend for anyone who wants to digitize old physical photos.

    It is a basic scanner but it does what it is designed to do. I like that it is compact and easy to store. Installation was easy on my Mac, and I was able to use it immediately. I’m only giving it 4 stars cos I wish the hi-res scanning would be a bit quicker.

    Its a little clunky qnd outdated, and the software downloaded on my MacBook was a little confusing but it works good. Gets the job done with no fuss. Would recommend.

    Great little photo scanner for the price. I have scanned 400 old photos in one week without any problems. I found it very easy to download software and set up, but I do have windows 10. I find 1200 dpi setting creates a great image and only use 2400 for very small prints, which take no more time given their size. It allows you to make a bunch of tone and color adjustments on your own, but I find they have a one-click Color Restoration option which does a fantastic job for you. Check out the magic it does with those old yellowed prints.

    I bought this scanner in order to scan sports cards to sell on ebay.

    It seemed to do ok for a few months, then started adding odd lines to every photo in the same area on the scanner

    Being the scanner was out of warranty best buy wouldn’t return it, but epson sent me a refurbished unit.

    Overall, the scanner is ok, but there are cheaper, faster options when it comes to scanners

    This portable flatbed scanner is perfect for my purpose. It is lightweight, scans relatively quickly. Allows for previews and some photo correction. So far I only have used for photos but I am sure a document would be as good if not better. It is good quality for the price.

    I bought this scanner to copy forms and documents. The first one I purchased was defective and I returned it to Best Buy with no hassles. The resolution of the scanner is very good and the copies are sharp and clear. The only minor complaint is that it does not want to work if connected to a hub.

    I bought this as an emergency as my printer/scanner died. And i was thrilled with how it works. Its easy to start with. Its works great and its hardy. Had to scan a bunch of pictures in a short amount of time. Older pictures look pretty good.

    It works, but not very easily or efficiently. There is no on/off switch, the unit must be plugged in to a USB port in order to use it. Must press a button on the front of the unit to begin the scan. Not very user friendly.
