    Upfront moderate cost of unit is worth it due to $$ savings on ink vs my previous Epson XP-7100 printer, but miss document feeder. Set up was easy and unit is sufficiently compact. Photo printing is very good, but perhaps a little darker. I haven’t yet checked to see if I can adjust this. Very satisfied with the purchase thus far.

    A remarkable printer. Beautiful printing. You do, however, have to go online for complete setup as the enclosed startup sheet doesn’t begin to describe the printer’s capabilities as they far exceed what’s advertised.

    Printer is great. Customer Service is awful. Tried calling many times for price match. I paid $750.00 for printer. Two days later online for $150.00 less. When I finally reached a rep said i was two days out for price match. I will no longer buy from Best Buy. You have lost this customer.

    Seems expensive, but worth every penny! The colors rendered by this printer are astonishingly true, vibrant, and every detail shows well. I couldn’t be more happier with this printer. Glad I switched over to Epson. This model is also very user friendly which is another reason I purchased this model (ET8500)

    $500+ piece of junk. Would have returned but Best Buy has a ridiculous 14 day return policy. Isn’t as reliable as my old Brother printer at 4x the cost. Epson support is useless. Print quality is not noticeable difference compared to less expensive printers.

    So far this printer vs inkjet is less expensive (less ink) to operate and print quality is better than inkjet.

    Very easy to install and with the included 6 bottles of ink, I was printing impressive photos and other documents with no difficulty.

    I had a paper jam which took some time to figure out how to clear the jam, but once I did, I expect any future jams should be easy to fix. I am wondering when I should order an extra set of ink bottles, since it might be a while before I need to refill!

    I love this printer! The eco tank is the way to go – no more expensive cartridges. The touch-screen offers all of the options for using the printer/scanner/copier. The print quality is as good as anything I’ve ever used (used a LOT of others), and I keep the necessary software on auto-update so I don’t miss out.

    And I love the weight and shape – it seems sturdy and stable on the rack.

    Exceptional printer. I was torn on making a decision with so many available printers out there but so pleased. Colors on photos are unbelievable and everyday use of all the other features are so simple and productive.

    Prints quickly and beautifully. We had a Canon pixma that died suddenly, and the epsom prints much better photos. The blacks on photo paper are deep and true to the original photo. Plus it just sips ink. Ink levels have barely dropped after a couple months of printing!

    I am a professional photographer and I wanted a printer that uses ink tanks. I print up several 4×6 and 8×10 when I do jobs and this printer exceeded my expectations! The colors are vibrant and clear. I highly recommend this printer!

    Keeps saying its jammed. There is no paper jam. Ive tried everything. Best buy has only a 15 day return policy which if i had known i wouldnt have purchased here. Printer was bought 18 days ago. $569 mistake

    This printer is just next level. It seems to hardly use any ink at all, compared to standard cardridges which are always empty within a few weeks. We’ve been making tons of prints already, high quality pictures at A4 format. The extra ink lasts forever. This is for sure the best printer we’ve ever had. Next purchase would definitely be the A3 version!

    Purchased primarily for home photo printing. Happy with the quality of the printer and photos so far. Only time will tell if the ink bottles vs cartridges is more economical. I left off 1 star as the initial setup was a little complicated. The online instructions had come conflicts with the onboard ones.

    My first Eco-Tank printer and it’s been great! I first used this on December 21, 2022. Now November 21,2023 and the inks are still above half way, some even higher. I do use them a lot so if you don’t print a lot, it will probably last you longer! Only cons I would say is The rear tray sometimes gets stuck when I try to pull it out. Print quality is amazing and I love how I can print on any device with it.

    Great printer! Was looking for a printer that would print nice color prints and save money on ink. I was a bit concerned about the color quality as I have an epson et-2800 and it really is best for black and whites. I print a lot and the ink lasted me over 2 months before I needed to order more. Would highly recommend this printer 🙂

    This is a fantastic idea for a printer although the print heads get dirty and clogged very easily. Making for some regular cleaning and loss of ink.

    Love the quality, size, and function of this printer. Really love the ink! Disappointed in the brightness of colors and have tried every setting, paper, and enhancement option to no luck. I get the feeling this printer is specifically for photos printed on glossy paper, and not so much matte paper finishes.

    I have had another Eco printer and loved it. This one is finicky. the prints are not a lot better for 3 times the price, and it is not a fast printer. Not sure why it costs more.

    I love this printer. I love the fact that I can print photos that are professional quality and also print office materials on the same printer. The long lasting ink is another bonus. I recommend it to my sister and she brought one.
