    Bought it in February ’22 (exp date 03/2024) and tried to install it in Sept ’22, and my Epson WF Pro 3720 says it’s defective — cannot “recognize” the cartridge, so it’s useless. Best Buy won’t let me return this defective cartridge because it’s been more than 15 days since I bought it.

    Epson cartridges have been a problem for me. The ink does not last as long as advertised.

    My experience with most every printer I have owned is that the quality is just fine in comparison, but the duration the cartridges last is a 3 out of 5 at best. I feel like all in all I don’t print off that many documents at home, but am replacing the ink cartridges twice a year. Not sure if they simply evaporate or what. But for the amount I’m printing and the price point, I feel that these cartridges should last a little longer than they ultimately do.

    ink cartridges are brand and model specfic, so you don’t hae much choice. They are WAY over priced, ofen costingas much as te printer.
