They are not wirless with xbox consoles. only with playstation!

Received them today and have been playing around for a few hours.
1) sound is amazing. Well tuned with good bass response and surprising highs. I was amazed because it’s sharper than QC35 & QC25.
2) zero software configuration! So far I haven’t installed any program/app. I’ll install it on Windows only for the surround effect during gaming. Works on Linux; plug-n-play.
3) connections!! I’m currently connected via Bluetooth to phone, wired USB to PC (to charge + play audio), and USB dongle (wireless) to the same PC. I can hear both sounds on my phone and PC at the same time. You can also use a 3.5mm audio cable.
4) you can charge + listen … take that QC35!
5) noise canceling is good. Pretty close to QC25 & QC35 but they don’t alter the sound! Bass response is higher with ANC as usual but the rest is unchanged.
6) comfortable and replaceable ear pads. The ones it comes with are comfortable, nicely shaped, and have some noise isolation. But a better pair should block out even more sound so I’m going to replace them soon.
7) mic works fine, no issues.
8) a soothing voice announces current connections + battery level.

The sound isolation on this headset is great. That is the main reason I bought it. The surround sound is good as well. Very comfortable to wear. No complaints at all.

I have been using the GSP-650 for thr last 2 years and they are still going strong. I decided to uograde to the A50’s and they werent even on the same level as my 2 year old headset. I decided to go back to sennheiser and it was a great choice. Sound is great, they are comfortable, the mic is clear and the boom is perfect. The buttons are in the right spots and volume control is smooth. Very big feature is if youre on xbos this will connect to your phone and game at the same time! No more one ear off to listen to a video in your phone. The one downside and really the only downside comes from user error. You have to manually turn off the headset it else it will continue to stay on and drain the battery. Since its a powered headset even though you are connected by cord the device needs to be powered on to hear sound. i definitely recommend this device!

I really wanted to love this headset, but it drove me away from all wireless gaming headsets all together. First H3Pro Hybrid I bought had problems using both the dongle and Bluetooth. When using both, the headset struggled to switch between the devices, often clipping, static sounds, and disconnections forcing me to restart the headset. Working with support, they asked me to return the headset to Best Buy for a new one. When I returned it, Best Buy told me it was not covered by the manufacturer and I was forced to burn the protection plan I paid for. I then purchased another H3Pro Hybrid, but the second one had a loud whining whenever any audio played through the headset. This was not solved by any reboots, different devices, or even directly connecting by usb-C. Quality control needs to be fixed by Sennheiser/EPOS because this should not happen.
If I did not have these issues, I would love this headset. The sound quality of the first headset was great! Battery life was less than advertised, but still more than enough to get through a couple work days without charging. Even comfort was great on this headset, but the issues are are far too great to make up for it’s problems and hefty price tag.

Their not bad but, for the price I expected a lot more. I prefer my wired Apple earphones to these. They are constantly dying and for me, using USB to use Bluetooth to connect to my PS4 isn’t desirable since I have extended storage. I wanted these for my XBOX but unfortunately, though I searched for an XBOX Bluetooth headset, I got an XBOX compatible headset but not through Bluetooth, it just has the capability. I would have returned them but I didn’t read my receipt and thought I had 30 days. SO now I have an expense headset which uses a cable. Unhappy with the purchase.

Incredible headset I’ve tried many from different brands like astro a50s, Corsair, steel series, and razer and I have to say the audio quality and durability are great. Would highly recommend.

Comfort and sound quality are great. I have had the Astro A50 Gen 2 for PS4 for a while and the headphones started to fall apart and were not compatible with my new PS5. I started shopping for a new headset almost a year ago. There were not many options for the PS5 so I used a friends Astro A40s and plugged them into the PS5 controller. There were fine, but once you hear these you cannot go back. The A40s, no DAC just 3.5mm right into the controller, were muffled. I did purchase the Steelseries 7, but ended up returning them. Then I bought the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless, and returned them as well. I did not find either of the SteelSeries headsets comfortable. Both of them bothered my ears. The EPOS H3PRO Hybrid are comfortable and the sound I think is better than the Nova Pros. The Nova Pros did not have much bass no matter what you did with the EQ. Just buy these, stop watching YouTube vids. They are all kind of the same. I was going to get thte Penrose, but the functionality is not there. I wanted the Bluetooth connection at the same time as playing a game

So let me start off by saying this sound quality is easily 5/5 stars I plugged it in to my computer and it doesnt need any adjusting and I was completely blown away very well done this is what I wanted in a headset, I then our of curiosity used the dolby equalizer and it improved it but even out of the box without it was FANTASTIC. the cons it feels kinda cheap and flimsy with the plastic which is around 3/5 its sturdy but feels cheap but they put their all into the audio quality and its amazing not only for games but for PS5, music, and everyday use

My son said they work great and very comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

Excellent sound stage. For music and gaming, these sound exceptional. HOWEVER, the wireless connectivity is awful; both 2.4ghz and Bluetooth suffer intermittent drip out and static. Functionally useless as a result. What’s worse, the microphone is mediocre at best. Headsets running a third of this price do better. I wanted to like these.

I love this headset. For years, like since 2015, I had used the Hyper X Cloud 2 as my daily headset on PC. It was a wired headset. Since then, each year I would try a couple new headsets to try and find something better for in game sound quality (footsteps/deep bass, etc) and I couldn’t. I’d spend sometimes close to $400 so money wasn’t necessarily an object but to no avail, nothing was better than that $120 Hyper X Cloud 2.
Well I was at the end of 2022 and I was trying out new headsets, and I ordered 3 with this being 1 of them. Needless to say I sent the other 2 back and this is my daily driver now. And I’m so happy with it. I’m so glad I’m now wireless on PC. I haven’t used it on Xbox or Playstation, I have a different headset for those. But this headsets range is terrific. Its battery life is awesome as well. I can usually get 3/4 gaming sessions per night with it (I usually game 2-3 hours per night) and it lets you know when you turn on the headset how much battery if left which is awesome and it gives you updates on how much is left in increments of 20% which is cool. And it’s BASS for footsteps in games and in game sound/explosions is awesome! And that is SO important to me and where all the other headsets seem to fail or just aren’t good enough.
The only knock on it and it is the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars, is that once every hour it seems, like 2 minutes every hour, there seems to be a lost connection with the USB dongle on the PC where you can still hear everything 100% fine but your voice on the mic apparently sounds like a robot or something lol. You can’t hear it yourself but if you play with others they always tell me. So what I usually do is wait about a minute and a half (if that) and it goes away.
Aside from that and the fact that the quality and clarity of your own voice could be better, this headset is phenomenal. I’ve finally found my replacement and I look forward to seeing what EPOS comes out with next and hoping they can solve the few issues this model has.
I’m officially an EPOS fan.

These are great. Sounds amazing. Would definitely buy again

Even though this is made by sennheiser, a great studio audio company/disturber… this is not worth it value, that’s near $300, don’t forget your taxes… but out of all the many “gaming” headsets that I’ve tried, this has been closer to my expectations, audio is better than others, features are cool, comfort level is better than others as well… I guess I had higher expectations from EPOS “sennheiser” for making a headset… do I recommend, yes but when on sale! Thanks for reading 🙂

Very good had said, but then not worth the price they are asking for it doesn’t come with an extra battery. There’s other headset that have extra batteries I like the color the sound is very good. I returned them because sometime I play my game for long hours while I play rainbow six siege in my battery is dead and I have to use a different headset. I will recommend someone to get the turtle beach headset instead, there’s other headsets out there that you can purchase.

Great headset just gets static when you connext to the blue tooth and is playing on the ps5 at the same time
