    This is very easy to use and heats up the water within minutes. Mind you, it heats up the water really hot, so if you rather not wait for a little for it to cool down to a drinkable temperature, I would shut it off sooner. Cleaning it is a breeze. We usually use distilled water for our tea and coffee though, so that is a plus for not leaving any hard water deposits. I recommend it!

    It is working as expected but it’s not convenient to fill water from tap. It would have been better if the cap opens a little wider. Otherwise it’s all good.

    This is the best water boiler i have ever had. The blue led light is so bright. The water heats up quickly and it really hot. I love making ramen noodles with it. No pots to clean so thats a plus for me

    I had brought a different brand bought it broke and I bought this one and the quality is amazing and it’s super easy to use. I love that I wan warm my water super quick and I’m just in love with it. Also I love that is a great size and it doesn’t take that much space in my countertop.

    It is a nice glass water kettle. Hot water is ready quickly. The kettle is auto turn off after boiling. For the safety concern, I did like this feature. But, I wish it can whistle like a regular tea kettle, so I may have hot water promptly. All in all, it’s a good product with a reasonable price. I’ll recommend it to my friends.

    It does what it’s supposed to. Using it in my RV and it works great for heating water for my coffee or cup noodles.

    This item really boils water very fast and not just doe tea and coffee as it can also be used to boil water for pasta, instant ramen, soups that require added water, hot chocolate. Though the only issue is that it doesn’t look like it can boil other liquids such as stock, broth, and others that would benefit the quick boil. Theoretically, it could be done, but it’s not something that could be cleaned in a sink or a dishwasher.

    I went to visit my sister in Georgia and she had this. I live here in New York, and had never seen this. I drink a lot of tea. So when I came back to New York i went straight to Best Buy and it was right there, I immedaitely brought it. This thing is awesome, awesome, awesome!! As soon as you cut it on, it boils right away. Don’t know why I never thought of this.

    i bought this cheap tea kettle as a temporary replacement, but a year later i am still using it and i love it. i will not think of replacing it anytime soon. This little tea kettle makes preparing both my tea and my husband’s coffee very easy. I LOVE, lOVE, LOVE IT.

    This tea pot lights up while it’s heating the water and it’s very colorful and quick. It also has a built-in water filter, which filters the water as you pour it out of the tea pot. I would recommend this item.

    There is a strong plastic odor that doesn’t go away and leaches into you water, making whatever you consume also taste like plastic, even after months the smell hasn’t gone away. I tried boiling a couple of batches of water as well as vinegar, but it never went away. I tried going to Best Buy customer service because they used to handle manufacturer’s warranties, but they turned me away to contact the manufacturer instead. I don’t know when this changed, but if I don’t get additional support for the products they sell, there’s no real point in shopping with them anymore. Get another kettle, shop somewhere else that will actually help you when they sell you bad products. I’m EXTREMELY surprised no one has mentioned this.
