We replaced our Ninja coffee maker, as we constantly fine coffee in our coffee! So far, this unit has been incredible! A great introduction into the finer coffee products.
PatsFan17 –
Internal water line gasket was faulty right out of the box. During first use it leaked water everywhere. Googled it and apparently it’s a known issue for this model. Returned for a refund.

I am pleasantly surprised at both the ease of use and, most importantly, the quality of Espresso shots that this machine has been making.
We have had Nespresso machines for 9 years and just recently decided to go for the real thing.
As a Starbucks Barista I have become accustomed to really good Espresso. I wasnt keen on spending more for a home coffee maker than for a computer, so the super-automated home machines were out of the question.
I arreived at this machine after researching reviews and reading customer comments. These were all generally positive.
The downside of semiautomatic machines was considered to be having to grind coffee beans separately from the machine. This has turned out to be very easy.
We grind about a half pound of Espresso roast and keep it ready in an airtight container. Eah cup requires a scoop or two of coffee. As long as you are careful you won’t spill a bit of coffee on the counter top.
The milk steamer wand is easy-to-use and heats up quickly. We steam milk before getting the shot of Espresso too make sure to combine the two immediately.
The result? A very good tasting, piping hot Espresso drink in less than two minutes.

Great entry level espresso machine. Bought two of these during Black Friday sale
JB1959 –
This espresso machine makes fantastic espresso and cappuccino, while not taking up a lot of space on the counter like a lot of espresso machines.

This machine stopped working after a few uses. I proptly returned it.
ViktoriiaV –
I like it because it takes not too much place on my kitchen and prepares a deliciouse espresso

Everything is find but the steam doesn’t seem working as good as it should be from the beginning..I would like it to be better for that much money. But looks stunning thats true

I own a coffee shop and i understand that no home machine will compare to what i have there but this thing is awful. Go for the stainless steel this plastic is garbage and slides all over the counter when trying to lock the group into place or remove it and then i end up accidentally pressing buttons while trying to hold it still. I also hate the filter its so hard to remove and clogs up easily.

Easy to use, easy to clean, and makes amazing coffee. I’m saving money not going out for lattes, and I look forward to trying new recipes each morning!
PatriciaT –
Love this machine. Easy to use and works great. Exactly what I needed!
MichaelreyG –
Low krema. My prior coffee machine worth 50 usd was better compared to this expensive one. Disappointed
DougLockZero –
My best friend has had an earlier model for years, and I’ve always wanted one. I’ve been researching them for years, thinking I need to buy something more expensive to achieve barista quality in my own home. This worked out better than expected, and even the wife loves it!
Sandra –
This is a well made espresso machine, however I am having difficulty finding the right grind size. It only filters espresso ground at an specific size.
Almighty –
Bought it as a gift and they told me it is an amazing espresso machine.
Brandenw –
Convenient to make and americano at home. I enjoy using this.
Cruzer –
I was the proud owner of a coffeehouse in San Antonio, TX and have owned several industrial espresso machines; this little machine rivals the best of them! Whether you’re a conisseour coffee maker or a weekend at home barista, this little machine is all you need to create coffee art at its best!
LarryK –
It’s a wonderful machine except the froth tube is too long. It a lot of trouble getting my stainless cream holder in without spilling the liquid all over my counter.
Pcast98 –
Awesome machine. Now I have two, one at home and one work
CourtM –
Great pulls. But the steamer is a bit tricky. It doesn’t always work as expected. And it drapes a little too far down making it difficult to get a cup of cream easily under it.
AnthoineB –
An amazing machine for first timers. You are able to program the shots to your liking and it’s compact so it won’t take up too much space.
Maasomenos –
Very efficient espresso machine that fits perfectly with limited kitchen counter space.

My wife loves this espresso machine! She uses it every day (sometimes a few times a day) and it makes great coffee every time.
Gold1 –
Works flawlessly, love the fit and finish of the products hands down best bang for your buck.
TomL –
Simple and easy to use. Bought as a gift for my wife, who loves it. Its sleek and does not take up a lot of space on the counter top.

I love the Dedica machine concept. I was happy with the earlier version until it wore out after seven years. This machine meets and in some ways exceeds the previous version—except for one critical problem…a big one. It is the filter holder, which is the cup-n-handle part that you fill with coffee grounds and then attach to the machine, The force required to attach the filter is so great that I must grasp and hold tight the entire machine to get it in place. Think about wrestling a goat, or trying to get an 80-pound dog to take a pill. Yes, that difficult.
I first scheduled an online session with support. Support did not show up for the session. Then I called. I was basically told, “That’s the way it is. Send it back if you don’t like it.” Then they offered me 20% off on a Braun machine. Really?!
I’ve not decided yet what to do. The filter holder on my previous Dedicated was not like this. Will it loosen up over time? No one is saying. I’ll probably send it back.

Oh I love my new espresso it’s really easy to use I really love it
RosarioB –
It was a problem because I get home watching 2 videos in YouTube to take some information to how use it. And it was looking like something simple but when I tried to make me an Espresso and the coffee maker didn’t work. So I took it back to Best Buy Store. And I ordered another coffee maker same brand different style which I haven’t gotten yet. I’m waiting for the store to let me know when they have it so I can go and pick it up. Those things happen sometimes.

A decent espresso machine to get you into the hobby. The inclusion of the pressurized baskets gives you some wiggle room when using pre ground coffee. The limited distance between the bottom of the portafilter and the base (even with the drip tray removed) makes brewing taller drinks tricky. With the purchase of some accessories, such as non pressurized baskets, a scale, and a milk frothing pitcher, you can fine tune your espresso, and make some pretty decent lattes and cappuccinos.
ARCSTUF –
The best Coffee Machine I’d ever had. Compact, fast easy to use it a 55
ShaivalH –
Easy to use, sleek, fits in small places, and has everything you need to get the perfect espresso! Be aware… every espresso machine needs care and cleaning… and this is not a “push button” machine. You will need to keep the parts clear and dry. And descale the machine from time to time.
