So I just received the coffee maker, and after playing with it for a little bit, I’m completely sold. My coffee comes out nice and hot, and you have to remember if you only shoot two ounces of coffee and the rest is cream, it’s going to be cold. With a little tweaking in the app and adding more coffee and less milk is a perfect cup of coffee. I’m running lavazza beans and grind setting from Delonghi is perfect. Setup is a breeze and the coffee tastes wonderful. Machine is much quieter than the breville. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. A plumbed water line would be a nice, you will be filling the water often if your a heavy coffee drinker. Always have a extra cup sitting on the side, since it cleans itself after every time you use the lattego. And as well as when you shut the machine down. My internet is strong and no issues with connectivity. Go for it, you won’t regret it.

Its a great no fuss machine for people who dont want to mess around too much and just want to enjoy good coffee. Its fully automated and once you twrak to your settings, all you need to donis push the button and thats it. Saves so much time in the morning. Takes very less counter space and the display gives all the instruction right down to maintenance. A but expensive but you are paying for the convenience. Wish it did a cold foam but not a deal breaker.

It makes great coffee but a bad design. After one year I could not make two cups of coffee in a row or if I did the system clean it wouldn’t work for two days afterwards. I think the problem was that the internal sensor would overheat. Bad product for so much money

When combined with excellent coffee beans, this machine makes outstanding and varied coffee drinks. We’ve tried nearly all available drinks which are now customized to our preference in terms of strength and size. All were excellent with rich creamy coffee and espresso along with silky milk foam or hot milk. The touchpad provides clear instructions and responds crisply. The grinding and pressing of the coffee is a bit loud but not much different than other machines I evaluated. Cleaning is quite easy with the machine doing much of the work on startup, shutdown, and after creating drinks with milk. There are easily removable parts that are simply rinsed and dried.

After seeing how much money I was spending on Nespresso pods, I figured why not splurge on the machine and only have to buy whole bean coffee from here on out, and honestly, I’m a big fan of that so far. I love trying local roasts and having plenty of variety.
The machine itself is solid, and looks nice on the countertop. I love the milk frother, hot water spout, and the over all ease of use.
I don’t love the limited height under the spots — no travel mugs are squeezing under this baby. The “wireless connectivity” is bluetooth and honestly not that great. Milk frother is good, but if you want hot milk, don’t expect it. You’ll get luke warm milk to add to your hot coffee…with no ability to control milk temperature (despite the ability to control coffee temperature).
The drink customization is nice, but a bit of a pain. It would be nice to set a universal standard…especially if you usually like a certain strength and your cups are all larger size, but instead you have to either manually set each preset, or just manually set your options each time.
My biggest gripe though is that if you run low on water mid brew, the machine just stops (which is fine), but if you refill the tank, you have to go through the process all over again.
Overall I really like this machine. It took a while to figure out optimal settings, but I’m pleased…with a couple of minor exceptions.

Very convenient machine as it makes just about any espresso drink you can think of. Very pricey so look for a deal before buying. My only complaint is the drinks simply are not hot enough, even at the highest temp setting.

This may be one of the best coffee makers out there. It consistently makes a cup of coffee every single time. Including Espressos / Lattes, etc. this is my second one, first purchase is at home and has worked perfectly and daily for two consecutive years. Well built. Well designed. Only missing feature is a dedicated water hookup. It’s not inexpensive relative to other machines, but I feel I got what I paid for.

Tried ordering this from De’Longhi and had issues with their outdated site so I ordered it from Best Buy and I am so glad. They had it in store extremely fast for me to pick up. I sent a couple of emails to De’Longhi without response so I don’t think their customer service will be what I would expect, but I am amazed by their product. This is by far the best coffee machine I have ever owned and I am so glad I upgraded to a De’Longhi. I hope and pray it never breaks because I think I’ll be out of luck if it does, but I’m going to enjoy every drop of coffee I get from it until it does.

I was very excited at first, but after multiple uses I am not impressed. I have watched the video tutorials and read instructions on how to fine tune the grinder and it always seems like it is too bitter. I thought it was the brand of coffee beans I was using , but I’ve tried multiple brands. It will also randomly smoke when it grinds the coffee beans. Also I don’t understand the hype and convenience with the milk container but once again I am Not impressed with the foam. There is only 3 settings steamed milk, almost foam, and airy foam. It leaves no room for customization.
