I bought this machine in 2022 and we were very excited.
The first couple of months was working fine but after few the timer & clock keeps changing by itself.
When we set it up to make coffee in the morning time some times it does, some times doesn’t and some times the coffee is cold.
Some time it totally turns off by its own.
I don’t know what is going on with this machine and it’s not any much helpful for us.

Coffee machine stopped working on it third day, the construction quality is very low for the price paid. Its looks like a kids toy not a real coffee machine/ expresso. Price is way to high for a verly low quality product. I would not recommend

Honestly, I’m so disappointed. I just bought it a few days ago, but oh god the coffee is so weak!! I like my coffee strong, which is why I wanted an espresso machine, but the coffee this makes is FAR from an espresso. I’ve always used stove tops coffee makers, but I really wanted to treat myself to something fancy.. well I’m retuning this and staying with my stove top coffee maker.
It don’t even taste like coffee, it’s more like dirty water.

This coffee maker makes the best coffee I have ever had from the many I have purchased over the years. It is very close to coffee shop coffee. Still trying to figure out the milk frother but I suspect it is “pilot error” as the saying goes. I am absolutely giddy over my morning coffee.

Overall, I am pleased with my DeLonghi coffee/espresso maker. It is, when all is said and done, a fairly basic machine with very little automation. It does not include a grinder, does not memorize any of my settings or preferences, and is priced accordingly. However, it is easy to set up and operate, makes decent espresso and coffee, and I have had good luck with the milk frother. Color me satisfied.

All in all it does what it suggests. It makes a nice hot pot of coffee for a few years. It gets a 4 star review from me because the espresso feature makes it excel. With that being said we have bought this maker twice now. The first time it lasted two years. The second time around I believe that we have had it three years this time.. for the price tag I would hope for at least 5 years as I have gotten that many out of EVERY 20 dollar coffee maker I have ever bought. All in all for looks,operation and doing as described I give it 4 stars. I would easily and GLADLY give it 5 if I would ever get five years out of one.

This coffee maker and espresso machine worked pretty well for the first year or so, but now leaks and gets water all over the counter. We cannot find where the actual leak is coming from, but whenever we make coffee we get a puddle of water seeping from under the machine. We are just past the two year mark of owning it, so beyond both the warranty and Geek Squad guarantees. For the price, it is disappointing that it last just over 2 years.

Great coffee and espresso maker. However, the steamer isn’t long enough to conveniently steam the milk in a taller mug. IF you are looking to microfoam this will not work.

Tired of pods. Coffee maker is great! Quality. Does drip and expresso. The drip coffee is awesome! Have yet to try expresso. Easy cleanup for drip coffee. Bought a seperate grinder that works great. Bought the grinder before this purchase, trying to reuse the pods in our previous coffee maker. Or else i probably would have bought an all in one unit that grinds and drips. This model does not grind, so you will need a grinder or pre ground coffee. Easy controls and minimal assembly.

Overall great product. Have been using an old school espresso maker for some time and it worked, but using this machine makes a difference. The espresso is smoother and overall taste better. Still working through all its functions, but definitely impressed with what it has produced so far!

I use to spend more time serving one cup at a time to family and friends when visiting now I just fill the 12 cup pot and let everyone prepare their coffee. Unit has a good look to it definitely recommend

The coffee and espresso taste great but it broke almost immediately.
My husband surprised me with this and although I was happy I was considering a return as I know it was an expensive purchase and when I googled it, many reviewers complained that it would randomly stop working many within a year. Ultimately we decided to keep it and the first few days we had so much fun making espresso drinks. We used the drip coffee side twice and the coffee tasted great too but unfortunately when we tried the third time, it just didn’t brew. Nothing. Makes a beep but no attempt to brew. We tried a master reset and it didn’t work. I was so surprised even though the reviews warned us, I just didn’t think we’d be that unlucky. Guess I’m glad it happened right away and not after we’re unable to return.

It has too many problems. I realised, i hate to use it. No way to make a good expresso. No way to make a good cappuchino. But now 2 days late for return. Steam comes from every tiny hole.
Good idia, but cheap made. So bad i cant attach all the videos here. Cant belive Delonghi made this “shame”.

my 80 year old parents love the coffee maker part of it, the other part of it is difficult for them but I intentionally bought this dual coffee maker for them and for my 28 year old daughter who loves the Espresso part of it, so now they both enjoy it, easy to use, less space used and no need for 2 or 3 coffee machines on my counter.
