Bought as refurbished and worked fine for a couple of weeks. Then mouse started to wander when not being used and would freeze. Bought the Geek Squad warranty so took it in for repair. Not able to be repaired so we got our money back for it and will look for something else.

Not sure if it is Dell, Best Buy or Joy Systems but nothing like buying something like this, liking the functionality and getting productive then within 10 months of purchase it dies and No One can provide support.

I grabbed this for a Non Profit business who needed a change from an older Win 7 desktop. Its going to be quite a big change but one I think they will enjoy. Its pretty fast and was so easy to set up. I will say this, it is not a lightweight.

I purchased this laptop about a year ago; however, i rarely used it. Now when I go to use it, i discovered that the battery does not hold a charge and now the monitor went out. So disappointed that they could sell this laptop again!
