This Aio desktop serves very well as a family computer. It can multitask many program is very quick mad responsive. You can play light gaming very well. You can play some of the new games if you lower the settings to 1080 p. The raizen 5 with the Amd radoen works really well for light gaming. I got the open box for lower price but it was all in excellent condition. These open boxes in excellent conditions tend to be returns with little use so it it’s worth the price reduction.These Aio desktops are starting to get better than like 5 years ago. This is not a gaming computer so don’t get it if you your looking a gaming machine. Yet it works well with for all around pc with its excellent raizen 5 processor. It’s processor works great for light gaming and can be used for moderate gaming if the settings are modified accordingly.

The desktop seems to be working well and definitely working for what I needed it for. The sales associate was very knowledgeable but when I asked to speak to manager it would have been better if I got to speak to her and not have sales associate speak over her. It was an open box that was there a year and I feel it could have been better priced.

This computer was so easy to set up and worked pretty well for nearly a year. But recently has been going to a blue screen and suggesting safety mode when I leave it on for long periods and not using. I’m a little uncertain of its reliability long-term. The last one I had of the brand and style lasted for 6 years or longer. So the brand is great. I love the all in one design. Takes up very little room on the desk top. Wish I could get rid of McAfee ads that keep popping up. They generally try to scare me into subscribing by indicating there are viruses and malware detected. Shameful.

I bought this all-in-one to replace my parents computer. By combining so many components, the older generation is ablet o have less issue with using the computer. It’s not a super-fast computer. So if you’re looking for high performance, this isn’t the computer for you. But for the older generation who are surfing the internet and reading email, it is completely adequate.

Purchased as a b grade item, was like new, with a few minor scratches and scuffs on surface. Touch screen pristine and functions like new. Power cable, mouse, keyboard like new. Highly recommend buying ‘B’ grade items when available if minor dings are not an issue.
