The information o- line shows the battery with the appropriate tools to install the battery. With the current situation, there are no locations open to assist with the installation of the battery. I need the appropriate tools, which should have been included in the package. Very disappointed with this product.

Product received quickly, and was simply to replace. Battery life showed 100% within Settings once replaced. Recommend purchasing this if you’ve got an iPhone 7 with battery on the lame!
