    The tools supplied were the key to getting the battery replaced. The screw drivers needed a little more magnetism. They dropped screws and the screws were too small to handle with fingers.

    I was looking for a battery replacement for my iPhone 6S. I decided on the DIY route. I like the challenge.

    There are so MANY replacement battery options (brands) on Amazon. So which battery brand is best? I realized I needed to put my trust in a brand backed by a reputable supplier. Thus Best Buy was my choice. I also assumed that since Best Buy also do replace batteries in iPhones, why would they use a different brand of battery if they were to do the job for me.

    Friendly service, easy ordering and delivery online, and,

    Great battery!!

    Oh and I forgot to mention – it comes with the DIY kit, but does NOT include the replacement battery glue strips you will also need for the DIY job. Also consider ordering the screen replacement glue kit at the same time.

    This is the 2nd Dantona iPhone battery I’ve purchased from Best Buy, and they are legit. I purchased 1 around 6 months ago for my personal device and it’s still holding up strong. That’s why I have purchased this same brand again to repair another iPhone.

    The battery matches the Original but it does not come with tools shown. I took it back today and bought a new battery from AmaZ.on that comes with the tools. Not sure why Best Buy shows tools but no tools.

    You should either revise the product image to not include tools, or (better) include the tools! Fortunately, I had tools from another battery I installed previously.

    Tools were not supplied as shown in the product description. The battery would not charge past 19% after installation. Total waste of money and time.

    Why would you put tools in the picture and not include tools? This was the reason I purchased this battery.

    My iPhone would not hold a charge and kept rebooting. Put in the new battery and voila! Works like a charm AND holds a charge. I did have to watch a YouTube video to install it, but it is relatively easy. A bit tricky, but all in all, pretty easy.

    It came with no instructions. Looked online to see how it was installed and saw tons of warnings about some batteries causing your phone to set on fire or melt down. Being that I have no money or phone insurance to replace a broken phone, I opted for a professional installation, So, I took it to an Apple store and let them install their factory made battery.

    I never used the battery and so it sits in my junk drawer.
