    Would not take initial charge. Device had issue where one contact came off during manufacturing or transportation? CS seamlessly walked me through process to reconnect internal connection as it seems they are acutely aware of this issue. Otherwise Big Bang for buck

    The UPS was simple to set up. This replaced a smaller unit that required a new battery too many times. This unit has more outlets and higher capacity, which was an important criteria in my decision. The customizable display is a nice touch, and gives me information I’ve not had in the past.

    I’ve been using CyberPower UPSs for several years, and this unit is meeting my expectations.

    second review I am leaving where I bought a less expensive version and came back and bought this. We live in an area where the power goes out often. Not for days, but hours. I use this for a back up of my modem and wifi. First one I got did not work. Not a day after buying this the power went out for 45mins. it ran a lamp, modem and wifi the whole time.

    this is the second one I have purchased I purchased a APC unit and cyberpower at the same time a few years back I only used APC before seeing the CYBERPOWER at BEST BUY I could not decide between the two of them so I purchased both, after using the cyberpower for a few years now when I purchased my new computer I went ahead and purchased another cyberpower unit I like how you can control it from your pc in general it works fantastic and looks great and has many hook ups.

    My prior CyberPower battery back up stopped working after about 5-6 years so I purchased this one. It seemed to be cheaper than my old one was and has better functionality, so I’m a happy camper.

    this product broke immediately. I tried to return it two days outside of the return window and the customer service representative was so rude that I gave my in-store credit to the nearest security guard because I will never shop at Best buy again.

    This item is great for my needs, my power goes out frequently in my area and it saves my electronics from frequent power surges & outages. It not only provides backup power but it cleans up the power and provides power that is steady. I can also change my devices from the front usb ports. Helps to keep appliances such as vacuum last long because it protects from power surges when in use

    Has the runtime we needed and seems to work very well

    No complaints…its tucked in a box in the corner and I hope to never need to see it again

    This is a less fancy version of UPS. It does the job well. Setup was easy. It has USB A and C type of charging port on the front side, which can be handy to use. Enough power to drive a water cooled PC system with powerful graphic card.

    If you think this thing might not be useful think again. Its saved my electronics on multiple occasions. Its alarm goes off when the power is disconnected. Gives you more than enough time to safely turn everything off.

    Works well, have my gaming pc and 4 monitors hooked up to it. Keeps them powered for about 50 minutes before shutting down, giving plenty of time to safely shut down after a power surge or outage.

    I didn’t know what this was when I bought it, I am pretty sure I have no real use for it in my gaming setup. I just use it as a fancy surge protector for my pricey monitors.

    It did charge my phone during a an extended power outage though.

    Just what I needed. My old upc was the lay flat style. Took up a lot of floor space. Couldn’t really put it on a desk or anything. This is much easier to fit into a smaller office space

    This is a great UPS for the price. Good outlets, nifty digital display.However, the coil whine was atrocious and I returned it.

    This is a solid buy, no complaints. Though its too soon to comment on its longevity the product does what it has advertised. Is it to the “t”, I doubt it. Anyways it works and the screen is pretty cool aswell.
