    Died in less than two years. Called the warranty number and left a message. Never got a callback. Warranty will expire in days now. Not worth my time for a $50 piece of junk to hunt them down.

    Protecting a T-mobile 5g internet box. Unit has been working good for months. It has protected during a few brief power sags/brownouts.

    Cons: – Not cat friendly. The unit is located on top of a table near a window and the cat has hit the power button twice = turning the internet off 🙁 .. lol .. Needs a longer power off delay or harder button.. 🙂

    This is a decent UPS. Everything functions as planned, but there is a terrible beeping sound that never stops. The beeps are every 45 seconds and for the entirety of the power outtage. My wife and I purchased this for a daily power cutoff to keep our router on to work for 2 hours. The beeping sound drives us crazy but the UPS does serve its function. There should be an option to mute the beep. My guess is I need to open it up and remove the beeping sound for our own sanity. May be an opportunity for an instructional video. I don’t need the UPS to tell me that the power went out. I need the UPS as a battery to keep my devices online.

    I appreciate that the CyberPower – 450VA is much smaller and lighter than previous UPS’s that I’ve had. I only wish the cord were shorter or at least wrapped in the box so that it wouldn’t be so kinked when in use.

    I bought this power pack back in February. It is now December and the time I needed it to work, if failed miserably. We had a tornado in my area recently and the power went out. I was working on a paper for school at the time. To my dismay, once the electricity went out, the power pack began beeping multiple beeps in succession. That indicates the pack is about to fail. The pack turned off before I was able to save or logout of my computer. This piece of crap did not live up to the hype

    This CyberPower 450VA battery back up would not power up. i tried the reset button. I held the button for 2 sec per the instructions but nothing worked. I’ve owned CyberPower backup before and had no problems with it. I returned this one for a refund.

    I purchased this battery backup for use with my modem and mesh router. There was a lightning strike on my street earlier this year where I lost power and was out of town at the time. I could not communicate with items at home until I returned.
    The CyberPower unit was easy to set up and customize the alarm. Most important to me was the ability to replace the battery by myself in the future. With some other competitive brands, you needed to send the unit to the manufacturer for battery replacement.

    I actually wanted a smaller unit with just 2 or 4 outlets. However, the alternatives were either incredibly complicated or too expensive. Of the reasonably priced and simple back-up systems, this is the better choice than the nearest competitor, APC. This unit fits flat and is smaller with essentially the same features. Price is better also.

    I bought 2 of these units. One was defective and never came on. The other runs for 2 hours then turns off. Very disappointing as I had bought them when I travelled abroad in an area where we experienced constant blackouts and needed these to protect my electronics.

    Definitely a must grab item to protect any computer set up or gaming set up from brown outs and black outs. Just a week into getting a new computer set up had a surprise black out, and power dropped. I was able to safely shut down my computer with the time this gave me and I didn’t lose the projects I was working on. Worth the price for what it does.
