    It has very limited use, only making fancy one sided sandwiches. I thought it was like George Foreman I wish I could make grilled cheese sandwiches cannot do it on this one. It’s only good for about four or five different offerings. I wasted my money.

    Worked well for 2 weeks and suddenly the third week the light
    for preheating. did not work. It has a Cuisinart warrantee on it. Best Buy has you get in touch with manufacturer and if they can not fix it, they just send a new one which should be arriving
    tomorrow. In my case, you send Cuisinart a photo with the cord cut and they send you a new one. The sandwiches came out crispy and it was easy to clean. The light not working after such a short time was the problem

    Its hard to find this kind pf toasters lately at the store. Makes a perfect egg sandwich toast. Good quality, bought while on sale. Fyi: keep it clean after use to last longer.

    This sandwich maker works good at getting the bread crusty and brown. It seals the contents inside without squishing it. Non stick surface works great. It does feel a bit cheaply made and light weight. The lock on the front only works when you are cooking a sandwich but it does have a cord keeper on the back. Otherwise ,it does what it is supposed to do.

    Quality materials of the product is so weak and fake…not even used for 5days after purchase..clip cover got broken off
