    This is a great scale and what I like most is the cover. It is useful and essential for my kitchen. It is one of the best I have ever purchased.

    The scale is very easy to use, with large easily readable display either ounces or grams so you can measure out all your ingredients when cooking. The stainless steel bowl that comes with the scale fits perfectly onto the glass plate. And the good thing about this bowl is tapered for easy pouring.

    Professional scale with its own stainless steel bowl that can be used to weigh a single ingredient for dieting, or aggregate multiple ingredients for professional cooking. Easy to use by setting bowl on scale, automatically resetting weight to zero with the bowl in place (tare), and then add, re-tare, and aggregate additional ingredients. Bowl nests on scale disk, has a side pour edge to dump contents, and can go in the dishwasher. Sturdy, expected Cuisinart quality.

    Great for full OZ measurements, but even then needs to be measured a couple times sometimes. It’s just not perfect, but works for measuring for large groups
