  1. Dontcaontactme

I used it for the first time tonight and was amazed. I cooked a steak, which with my old grill would have had raw edges. I adjusted the “thickness” setting and got a wonderfully juicy steak with sear marks and great flavor. Perfectly cooked my first try!!!
Of note, when I heated it up, I used the 350 setting because I read a review this works best. Oh my, what a wonderful recommendation!

  2. GracefulGhost

The flat griddle is superb for pancakes. Turn the grates to the ribbed side, and steaks get seared nicely. Fish stays juicy, and veggies can be grilled as well. The drain tray is between sides, and works great. We are loving this exceptional griddled!

  3. Hotitem

I love it, its easy to use and easy to clean, especially your meats

  4. Djmachete

Makes clicking noise white heating up. I don’t like the way it toast the bread.

  5. Beatriz

This thing does work but it gets hotter from the front than the back side for example when I make pancakes the one’s on the back will not cook evenly. I do Not recommend this small appliance o suggest you invest in a better one. I haven’t used it since, since I don’t like the performance of this Cuisinart small appliance and I am definitely NOT purchasing Cuisinart brand anymore.

  6. Anton

good grill, but with a technical flaw. after you switch the temperature to 0, the grill sometimes, after a few minutes, continues to work and heats up the surface

  7. Plasticman

Great little grill for everything from making panini to making pancakes to cooking chicken. It cooks fast and even and cleans up quickly

  8. Smiths

Good quality grill!! Perfect for the countertop!!.

  9. LynnGrace

  10. Harts

Very happy with my purchase. Bought it to make paninis, also works great for grilling.

  11. Leathercase

We bought this 6 months ago, use it daily, and we LOVE IT! Easy to operate and can be used in multiple ways of cooking. It gets as hot as needed to grill meat too! Highly recommend this brand and this grill/griddle.

Huge cooking surface. Easy to use. Love the idea of flipping over the same cooking surface to change from/to grill/griddle. I’ve had many different grills, but this is the most expensive one I have bought. Cooks as good as the others, but I do like having the ability to open to two cook surfaces and can turn on each surface separately.
I give this a 5 but have 2 issues, which should dictate a 4. However, after thinking about it, I feel the issues I have may be more related to me, which, in my opinion, is not fair to downgrade the machine due to my subjective issues. With this said, I do feel they are worth mentioning and could be a potential issue for others.

I have to place it on my counter at just a particular space or when I open the lid, it will hit the bottom of the cabinet. I did not pay attention that the height or opened height, if it was there, but we made it work. But in my defense, I have never had this issue and didn’t think about it.

The second issue is the first time I used it, it tripped my breaker twice. The only thing I had running was this appliance and my Keurig Coffee maker. After some testing, I realized it was due to the two heaters AND the coffee machine running at the time. So I either don’t do all three at the same time, which is only an issue at breakfast time; or if at breakfast, I don’t turn on one of the heaters until the coffee machine is done.

I really like this grill so I wanted to do everything I could to make it work.
Oh one more thing, which is not a big deal to me, the grease does not drain on it’s own too well. This normally would be a big deal. However, because I use the utensil to push the other stuff leftover on the grill, I push the grease out as well. It does seem to drain to edge, but the grates don’t seem to be angled enough to make it all drain out.
