    I love this juicer! It’s easy to use and clean! The pulp is practically dry! You get all you juice!

    The auger got jammed the first time we used it but the reverse mode worked to unstick it. However the second time we used it, it jammed again (it can’t handle ginger no matter how small the pieces- it’s really just not moving the pulp out the way it needs to no matter what produce you’re using). The second time the reverse mode didn’t help and the design flaw is that the lord seems to lock when it’s jammed so there’s no way to open and clean it out until you can get it unclogged and no way to get it unclogged unless you can open it.

    I just love this machine! It does exactly what I need it to. I was worried because it only had one speed setting but no longer concerned about it since i see what it does and how it works. It has a reverse setting just case anything gets stuck but use the stick and you should have no issues. It crushes and juices extremely well. Its also easy to clean. The opposite end of the brush is used for cleaning the tight spots including where the “guts” come from. Very happy with my purchase.

    Easy to clean, pulls the majority of juice out of the vegetables and fruits we’ve tried.
    Did I mention, easy to clean?
    It would be perfect except when reversing one must hold down the unit so it doesn’t unlock and come loose
    Otherwise it’s perfect

    I am absolutely in love with this juicer! It crushes everything so easily and can blend almost everything! So far I’ve tried kale, apples, pears, carrots, blueberries, beets and strawberries! The machine showed no faulty signs as far as doing what it’s supposed to do. The only downside is the creaking sound it makes sometimes when I’ve blended some fruits and vegetables, but of course it’s nothing serious since it’s from said fruits and vegetables being blended.

    Great product. worked very well. For very occasional use. Must cut fruits and vegetables very small so it doesnt jam.

    Pros:
    Easy to use
    Easy to clean
    Efficient

    Cons:
    Motor stopped working within 4 months

    Warranty service was quick enough to send a replacement

    This is a nice juicer, unfortunately ginger is not working well in this one, I still keep the machine for other juices, it’s a nice thing to have in the house.
